Got the new app update today, it looks nice.

Text verification not working. It’s them. Every other company that has that feature works no problem.
Poor app design
This application is clunky and difficult to use. It takes many button presses just to get to your account. To get out of one account and look at the other, you have to exit almost completely out. It’s hard to look at different fund options. It is the worst banking style app I have ever used.
App is horrible
This is the worst app I have to use. Not user friendly at all. When trying to move investments it is very difficult. The ticker symbols don’t show up in my account. Very outdated!!
Not an app
This is just a mirror image of their website. You can’t do anything on either one. No updating personal info or changing contribution amounts or anything else. You can see your balance and get their phone numbers and email. That’s it. No point for this app to exist.
Worst app ever
I can’t even open it, it says “please check that your device is connected to the internet”. Close/open/reinstal doesn’t solve the issue.
App not working
Says connection error, unable to connect and check internet. I’m definitely connected to Internet as all other apps are working. Everyone else is having same issue. Please fix asap!!!
IOS 26 killed this app
Ever since iOS 26 was released or sometime around then this app will not connect to I internet. Must use browser.
iOS upgrade 😫
Now after the iOS upgrade, the app fails to open. Stating failure to connect.
Error message on log in
This app just stopped working all of a sudden about a week ago. Cannot log in anymore.

I’ve downloaded this app several times over the years and it never works so why bother even having it available to us.

It stopped working and can no longer be accessed. Just get a connection error. Contacted “customer service.” Waste of time and effort. They were useless. And yes I have tried deleting and reinstalling. Just gives me a connection error and then shuts down. All of my other numerous apps work fine except this one. Good grief what an exercise in futility.
