Can’t restore winnings or play level

I’ve been playing game for a long time. It is relaxing and fun. I have won many chips along the way. The app did not open and needed a developer upgrade very recently. I did find a new version of the app in the iOS AppStore - not a simple upgrade but a completely new application. Since there is no login for the app, there is no way to continue playing the long stretch I’ve been doing for probably years. My only choice is to start over, go through all the levels again and see if I can get some chips over again. QUITE DISAPPOINTING
