Install key not working for iPhone
Current version 4.2.7 has some programming issues, prevents iPhone users form input proper install key(beam key 24 long), the current input length allows only 16 character long key(modem key), which doesn’t correspond to the keys used on the field. Other smartphone non-iOS are not concerned by this issue.

This app cost me my job
I can get an install done quickly but when it came to pointing and peaking. 8 out of 10 times I could not apply install key. This app is crap.
No longer works the way it did
Used to be great app, worked fine for several years.
Entered an new area and could not input beam key, like others only 16 characters are entered and 24 are required.
I deleted app and reinstalled and lost saved beam keys and can no longer use app for pointing. Still good for satellite pointing.

This 4.1.4 version has problems
Can not point & peak without entering key
And it takes several launches before it will not crash immediately

Do not upgrade from 4.0.5
A year later and the app is pretty decent now.
It does frequently crash on launch but not that big of a deal to reload it.
Once running it is stable and very handy.

1. Wifi connection on app working when you go to plane mode and come back then will show modem connection to app. Or you have to wait bit to show up connect.

Y’all need to tighten up this Is a great handy app, but literally crashes every time I use it. Unexceptionable.

Pointing slow
Pointing is slow then freezes. Have to finish up using the audio from the dish. Use to work fine. Please fix it.
Crashes every time
Crashes every time I switch apps, I don’t even use it anymore except to find the satellite but whenever I switch out it crashes. Also crashes when I have tried to point and peak the dish with it- because I have to switch apps to get the modem key and when I switch back to the MITe app it crashes.

Crashing on iPhone
This app has been crashing every time I’m trying to connect to the modem win WiFi. On 3 iPhones and an iPad. Really need this fixed. Us technicians rely on it to speed up the installation process.

After update yesterday, app opens and closes. Won’t stay open. Did phone reboot and Deleted the app with no success.
