Literally the worst, developers won’t fix the issues and don’t respond to ppl
This app is horrible, had to download it to verify my identity for college and of course everytime I do so it can’t be verified. This is holding up my process from being able to get into college and it’s terrible.
Hardest part of the college application process
Who ever told you that taking all ap classes and studying hard was gonna get you in to college is lying to you the real way to get into college is by battling the fina boss Mitek and its terrible photo capture system once you beat its servers that are built off of play doe and frat dudes tears then maybe just maybe will you get into your dream college.

I cant believe a college uses this junk app to verify important info, its my 20th time been trying to veirfy my id, i tried different ID but I get a server error
Useless application
Doesn’t matter how many times you try to verify your identity the app will always tell you “server error”
Complete junk
Will scan your face for eternity just to tell you there is no face. Great app if you hate yourself and your time.
Has one job and can’t do it
Will not detect your face no matter what. Complete waste of time and I can’t finish a college application until I get a photo.

Will not accept any face scans, might as well just try on the computer.
Disappointed
I gave a start but by choice my options was no star.. This app is horrible and stressful, I have try in many ways to take my picture for verification and it’s saids the picture is not right.. I have try putting my hair down, removed my earrings my make up and it’s never right..

I cannot believe this is a required app for a college application. I’ve retaken pictures of myself and my documents tens of times and it’s either the app thinks there’s something wrong with the picture or there’s a “server error”…
Worthless
I have to verify my identity with this piece of junk third party software before I can submit an important application and it is refusing to accept any form of identification I have. Extremely frustrating avoid at all costs if possible
