Can’t even create an account—it crashes every single time. $1,000 for this thing. What a joke! I will be telling everyone I know to use a different brand simply because they can’t do something as easy as an app!
On off switch and nothing else
There are no mode summaries as screenshots show in the App Store. Modes and their wavelengths is all that displays. There is no history. The dashboard is empty. App says I’ve opted out of data collection (don’t recall doing that) but there’s no way to opt in that I can find. In can select mode 1-11 and turn the device on for a select number of minutes but that’s all this app seems to do.

Bare bones if that
Need the ability to be able to hook 2 to 4 different panels up to this at a time. Not sure why they even created this it’s pretty useless
Worked Again
When it works, it’s great. I love the light, but the app has definitely been an issue. I have it on my iPhone, and after a month, it suddenly stopped working. I tried everything. My husband was able to contact Support, but even that person couldn’t figure out what was going on. Before I gave it a 1 star rating, I thought I’d try it again, and now it’s working. I hope I can come back and give it more stars, but it has to keep working!

New update
I updated the app 2 days ago and since then it won’t turn on my mito x panel. I regret updating the app to the current versions. It’s not like the old version was better but atleast it turned on the panel..Now it won’t turn on at all!!!!
Update: 3/12/26 thank you so much for removing the pulse command change! It’s now connecting to my mitoX panel again.
