Device good / logging in annoying
The device itself is a well built but of kit / the app? Meh. It should offer mode control without having to log in. While it supports Face ID, I frequently have to manually log in. (Despite deleting and rebooting the phone & app). And … no joy about having yet another menial low-value login to add to my list.

Horrible app
Incredibly slow to connect, pairing the device takes longer than actually using it.
Doesn’t allow login
This app doesn’t allow logging in with the same username and password that we use on the Joovv.com website, so we are unable to login to this app.
Worst
This is the worst app. The wasted time it takes to do a session is not worth the money for this device. It is so irritating and now this new update makes it worse to use. It’s a piece of junk at this point. With the new update you have made my go unit unuseable.
The brand got me, the product under delivered.
After investing in a Joovv light system that featured Bluetooth support, I was very excited to try the app. Very disappointed in almost every possible way.
To start, there have been there is only been one enhancement released in the last five months. It’s clear they are not investing in software development.
The best example of this is the terrible Bluetooth support. It often takes multiple attempts to pair my phone with the device. The app itself is very basic, but the UI is difficult to navigate.
Given the Bluetooth support was a key reason why I chose to purchase a Joovv light system, this is a major to tractor and I regret the purchase.
