BS App for $
Can’t even create an account—it crashes every single time. $1,000 for this thing. What a joke! I will be telling everyone I know to use a different brand simply because they can’t do something as easy as an app!
On off switch and nothing else
There are no mode summaries as screenshots show in the App Store. Modes and their wavelengths is all that displays. There is no history. The dashboard is empty. App says I’ve opted out of data collection (don’t recall doing that) but there’s no way to opt in that I can find. In can select mode 1-11 and turn the device on for a select number of minutes but that’s all this app seems to do.

Bare bones if that
Need the ability to be able to hook 2 to 4 different panels up to this at a time. Not sure why they even created this it’s pretty useless
Worked Again
When it works, it’s great. I love the light, but the app has definitely been an issue. I have it on my iPhone, and after a month, it suddenly stopped working. I tried everything. My husband was able to contact Support, but even that person couldn’t figure out what was going on. Before I gave it a 1 star rating, I thought I’d try it again, and now it’s working. I hope I can come back and give it more stars, but it has to keep working!

New update
I updated the app 2 days ago and since then it won’t turn on my mito x panel. I regret updating the app to the current versions. It’s not like the old version was better but atleast it turned on the panel..Now it won’t turn on at all!!!!
Update: 3/12/26 thank you so much for removing the pulse command change! It’s now connecting to my mitoX panel again.

App Sucks
Tried numerous times to set up an account and it failed each time. Also would not connect via Bluetooth for the amount of money paid for this light. There should be an app that actually works.

Please spend the time and resources to update this app. We just bought the new Adapt 4.0 panels and the app is soooo basic and lacking. Thanks.
Update broke using it
The latest update broke using this app with my panel despite following all sorts troubleshooting steps and now I have to use my panel manually. Poor QA. Test your apps fully before deploying, guys
No longer works
Version 2.2.1 broke the app. App stopped connecting to and controlling the panel.
Barely usable
Shocked at how bad the app is for how much this panel costs. It turns the device off and on, that’s about it. Would love to see them invest into their UI and add better tracking features to see how often I’m using the device and for how long.
Horrible app for price point
It only works sometimes, glitches constantly. Doesn’t track any history. Don’t recommend.
Ghosted 100%
They won’t get back to you. A friend bought me the pro 750 over a year ago and I bought the mito mini. I’ve called, I’ve emailed, I’ve got the app and I’ve never had any of my questions answered. For as much as they charge they should at least have a working customer service. They do not. I bought a book from another company that was outdated and got more info. Sorry to say the app is also ridiculous. I guess they’re always out having a good time with all that money they’ve made. Shake my head.

Half functionality.
Bought the MitoPro MegaX and downloaded the app. The app I downloaded only displays half (5) of the functions while the AppStore shows there are (14). Very limited use with the app as it stands but would be perfect if it gave all functions as shown in the App Store. Please update!!

This app is shameful. The developer should be embarrassed to have released this.

Useless app
This app is not up to par with the price of the lights they sell. There’s a button where you’re supposed to be able to change the default settings for the time/intensity but it doesn’t work. Every time I use the light I have to adjust the time/intensity manually, which is really annoying. There needs to be an option to create custom settings that you can save. I really don’t understand the purpose of having an app when you have much more control using the panel itself. The UI looks like something you would have seen on an iPod touch. It’s like they just pushed out the cheapest app they could so they could say they have an app like their competitors. Really disappointed that this is what you get when you buy a $1200 light.

100% broken app
I just paid over $3000 for the MitoPRO Elite.
1. This app will not connect to the panel.
2. There are no instructions on how to enable Bluetooth on the panel
3. There are no instructions or FAQ anywhere (app, website or instruction manual) on if the app is compatible with the panel and if so, how to connect them.
4. Even though I can’t get the app to connect to the panel I am able to see the app has horrible UX design. It just lists wavelengths, without provide any context as to which wavelengths are helpful for which conditions or types of treatments.
Come on Mito - you can do better than this.

Couldn’t even get it to let me login
I download. Tried to set up an account through the website. Didn’t work. Set it up many more times. Didn’t work. Tried to reset a login when I thought it sort of worked. Finally gave up …errors on their website continuously and no ability to login on via this app. maybe this is why a lot of people haven’t said that they’ve used this app. I even went on their website to tell Customer Service. Customer Service said they’d get back to me in moments. After a long wait, I considered myself ghosted by them.
