Ai Earbuds
Problem: the Mivi application does not work with my iPhone 16 and I cannot connect the buds to the phone. I have tried basic troubleshooting (restarted the phone, reinstalled the Mivi app, checked Bluetooth and permissions, and reset the buds) but the app still will not connect and the buds are unusable with my device.

This product not supporting this app. I tried many times. But its showing that no devices found.

Very bad experince related to after sales service , my product had problem regarding same i raised complaint 40 days ago but till date no any responce even i sent product for troublshooting but product not deliverd yet even not getting any response from team .
Use less not good working

Worst After-Sales Service – Don’t Buy Mivi
Worst experience with Mivi! Bought DuoPods K6 on 6th Sept, they stopped charging in just one day. Raised a complaint on 10th Sept, product was collected, but even after a week there’s no replacement, no refund, and ZERO communication.
Pathetic service — I had to buy earbuds from another brand because Mivi completely wasted my time. Don’t trust their warranty promises. Totally disappointed!

Create failed: [API] API Access has been disabled
I dont know why this problem raised for me..and dont know how to solve this issue.. I just bought superpods halo airbuds i just connect to my phone and installed the mivi audio app after entering into the app I allowed all persmission and The app searched for airpods and it finds well and when i try app connect with buds it says “Please connect buds to device audio” but I already connected to my mob device. Then i just press the back button and sign in after that my buds is shown when i try to connect with the app it shows “Create failed: [API] API Access has been disabled” I just unistalled and re-installed app and not yet resolved.

The app is not working and it keeps saying comnect you bluetooth to auido device while it is already connected… I have heard all iphone users are having this issue.. please resolve this.

This app is useless. Even when the Bluetooth is connected to the phone it doesn’t show on the app that it’s connected.
Can’t even connect

While searching my duopods it does not even detect. Nothing works. Tried so many steps.

No doubt it is a super application.
But I found a issue, When any one of the earbud is in the case it is showing as battery percentage is 0% and notified ad need to charge.
