Loving the App .
I have been drinking mixhers for years. I remember when they came in little zip bags and i am so pumped on everything this company now offers.
I just started using the app recently. I’ve honestly just always used the health app apple offers.
And so ive never used another app for a womans cycle. With that said , i feel the one thing its missing , is in the calendar a notes section would be fantastic. I already have a running note for minor specifics i like to add about the day and my body. So a notes section were im already tracking the basics would be great.

Needs Improvement
This app has so much potential. One thing it’s not updated frequently which tells me it’s not a top priority to MixHers right now.
It’s had the same tracking interface since January. The coming soon button has been grayed out since than. You’d think after 8 months that would change.
This is the one thing that would make this app more appealing to use
I like how you can track your system but you can’t go back and see an overview of previous months to see your system trends. Bring able to do this would be super helpful that’s why I just use another app.

It has potential!
It for sure has potential but I feel like I it has the same information everyday. As well as I am not able to, (or can’t figure out) how to look at the tracking for a full calendar month, only able to see it from a week by week. It is nice to track, just wish it had more daily insights, or more information.

The mixhers app has been great and really education for different times during your cycle. Just wish you could manage subscriptions and other shopping in the app.
Better insights than Garmin
I’ve been tracking my cycle with my Garmin Felix 6s Pro for years and I’ve LOVED it. Truly, I’m a die hard Garmin lover. I loved the little insights that I get each phase of the cycle.
However, that just doesn’t compare to the Mixhers Cycle Tracking app. This app is much more robust, and you can tell that women who understand the ins and outs of infradian rhythms and cycles are behind this. Would highly recommend.

This app is everything I never knew I needed. How refreshing to be able to not only be able to track my period and symptoms, but also be able to understand what my symptoms are telling me about my health and how to best support my cycle through food, exercise and lifestyle. Love it!

I love that I can track my whole cycle and not just my period! I love knowing what phase I’m in and the different ways that affects me! So excited about this!

Track so much more than your period
I love that it includes information on what PHASE of the cycle I’m in—gives practical tips to work with my hormones at the stage I’m in. This has totally transformed how I plan out my month with what I eat, how I exercise, how I socialize, etc. SO helpful to understand what my energy levels will be and when!

I’ve been taking mixhers products for 3 years now and they have completely changed my life! I’m so excited to be able to track not just my cycle but also the products that I take so I can know when I need to step it up and not complain when I get hormonal acne 😂
Great app for cycle tracking
Love this app for tracking my cycle, I love that it gives insights into each phase of my cycle and provides helpful resources. I also love that I can track which Mixhers products I’m taking each day. Super helpful!

I love that this app not only tracks your period, but also your symptoms, mood, etc. There is a lot of valuable information within this app and I’m so excited to continually use it. It also gives motivational notifications that always make me smile :)

Life changing!
I feel like I’ve lived under a rock not knowing what all the phases of my cycle was as a woman! It has been so wonderful to see what phase I am in and what it means and find natural products right there to take to help me with my specific symptoms. I also love the cute notification pop ups. They are clever and make me feel seen!
