App has a new bug everyday
Any employer considering using this app should think again. I’m constantly locked out of it because of errors on their end.
Login not working
I use this for my payroll i cant even access my account even with verification 🤦🏽
Worked fine, until it didn't.
wont take my username, i know i have the username correct. the app will send me a password reset email if i use it, but it wont let me sign in. i don't even know how you manage to do that from a programming standpoint.
will be HEAVILY urging my employer to look into separate payroll services. if the app is this buggy before sign in, it must be very easy to get my personal information.

Terrible App
Very poor app. Not user friendly for my employees and the cust svc emaip is very unhelpful.
Useless piece of garbage
App crashes anytime you’re trying to do anything and completely logs you out. Employers, don’t bother

I sent the right email for the verification code over 50 times and got nothing

Verification issues
The app sends a verification code after inputting the right info, i put in the code but it says “invalid code.” No matter how many times i resend the code, the code does not allow me to enter my account. Lazy programming and no help from support
Poor app
The app doesn’t work & looks cheaply thrown together. It keeps saying my info isn’t correct and to check with my employer but everything is correct on me & my employer’s end

Every time I get my code it won’t let me access my account no matter how much I try and it pisses me off needs to be fixed I’m pretty sure a lot of people agree it needs to be fixed asap🙄🙄!!
Inoperable
The app won’t even allow me to access my account. The app is being marketed towards employees— what is the point of having my financial information if the app won’t let me access it??? Incredibly lazy programming that isn’t being fixed. The support blames me as well for things not working— feels like a scam.

HMCToGo was better. This app has way fewer features. There is also no way to view paystubs on the web anymore; huge downgrade.

Won’t open my check stubs. Trying to use them to buy a new car. Can’t get ahold of anyone to help me.
First Review Ever
I literally have never made a review on any app. I try to log in to see my payroll. Make my account and everything. I get the email verification code, mint right? Then it makes me send one to my phone number…. I never get it. Only way I can explain this app is a waste of time. And I’m expected to get my W2 during tax season? SMH. Can’t wait to see how that goes.

Trash App!!!
I can’t log into my Mize Connect account because every time if I try to login therefore it would say incorrect information which I know for a fact that all of my information is correct and it is very very trash!
App is useless
I can’t login without authentication every time and when I put in the correct information it says it doesn’t match what my employer has on file.
