Saving my life
I am in a bad place financially right now and waiting two plus weeks to receive my money is just too much, unfortunately to say. Thank you so much Tapcheck. I needed you during my very sad downfall of a life. You have saved me. Truly.
Horrible app
I have tried again and again to verify myself and it just will not let me says “live” or wtv and no alignment what so ever i tried asking the bot for help and all it said was “rephrase your question” over and over again i called them and the calls were full. This is a terrible app reconsider before getting all it will give you is irritation and anger.

Terrible app and customer service
This app sucks been 2 wholes day and I haven’t been able to access my account. The purpose of this app is to get money before payday. Not helpful at all
Not worth it
Don’t get me wrong, I love being able to access my check for unexpected or upcoming bills, but since last week I’ve been having trouble with my balance not updating. The chat bot is no help at all. Just repeats the same thing over and over again. Can a real person please let me know what is going on and why doesn’t it update like it should?

Won’t let me borrow anymore
It keeps showing I have money that is accessible but my available balance is still $0 for the last 2 months.
