App just Stopped Calculating My Hours
I tried reaching out to support and low and behold, there is none. I’ve been waiting on support for two days trying to figure out if the cause to the app not calculating my hours anymore is from the bug fix they just did. I’m giving them two stars because they get one for a good idea to pay us when we want it but another one star is for not having proper support. I emailed and created tickets with no available help.

Get your money
When I first downloaded the app it was a good app that actually paid you your money as soon as you clocked out. Now I don’t get my money that I earned for 24hrs after my shift and sometimes not even then. When I first started using this app I would have gave it all 5 stars, but now since they’ve changed everything I only want to give it a 1 star, but I think I give it 3stars.

Funds arent there
I was able to withdraw money from my account for like 2 days and then all of the sudden my funds stopped loading into my account and obviously my direct deposit from my job came through but yeah its been like 2 weeks so can i get some help? Thanks.
Fix the bugs
This is terrible you really need to fix the bugs I’m hardly ever able to do any transfers what is the point of having this app if I can’t use it all it’s doing is taking up space in my phone if you can’t get it together I’m deleting this and telling people this is not a good app to us

New Update Sucks
Ever since they updated the app, my funds aren’t available until about 10pm which is absolutely ridiculous! I wish my job would stuck to Daily Pay because this is ridiculous! You can’t talk to a live person without having to wait hours! Trash app!

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Tapcheck. The app allows you to work multiple shifts, but the problem is that the information does not update properly. Even after working shifts, my earnings aren’t reflected correctly, and I’m unable to withdraw funds that I should have access to.
I’ve contacted Tapcheck Support for assistance, but I still haven’t received a response or a resolution. It’s extremely frustrating to have money showing in the app but not be able to access it when needed.
Tapcheck needs to improve its app updates and, most importantly, its customer support. If users can’t access their earned funds or get help when something goes wrong, it defeats the purpose of the service.

I do not like this new update
The refresh button is gone, i have to turn off my phone and reboot to check the balance. The postings from tap check are no longer current nor timely ad the once were. Now this is messing with my life.

Please stop using this app. The new update is TRASH. please believe all the other reviews! I can go work 16 hours of overtime at $40/hr and they let me withdraw $100. I could go to work a regular day, and would immediately be able to withdraw $200 but no more. Then next sync ETA isn’t even available anymore. And they increased the fees just to let you withdraw less. I’m deleting my account.

so I ran into a small problem with tapcheck not updating my hours.. not a big deal right?! so i email tapcheck SUPPORT for help they say its a payroll problem reach out to hr, so i did!! They said no everything was put in correctly must be a glitch with tapcheck .. i’ve emailed MULTIPLE times and as i write this i’ve been on hold for an HOUR!!!! takes multiple days to get resolved. Don’t count on them to help with any problem within the app.

New update
With this new update I am not recieving my wages right away and I didn’t get my last shift added yesterday. It’s definitely not like it use to be now. Takes too long. I do home health and it was always nice to have it added right after a shift to help with gas money between clients. Now I can’t have that.

APP HAS NOT WORK IN TWO WEEKS
I’ve used this app for a year now and have never had any issues until two weeks ago. The app just stopped letting me take any money and my balance has remained at $0 regardless if I work. I’ve never been able to get anyone from customer service, no one will reach out. I think the app is done for but they won’t say anything about it. I’m so highly annoyed.

New update (9/7/2026)
I absolutely hate the new update and it has become incredibly inconvenient. I used to be able to access up to 50% of what I had made after my shift ended, now it’s been 2 days and I’ve made over $190 but it’s only letting me access $9 and mind you I haven’t pulled anything out. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt that it was because of the Labor Day weekend, but now it just seems that’s how you’ve decided to ruin the app. Please fix this.

TapCheck rarely works. They always blame my company for not updating my hours and my company always update my hrs. TapCheck will not release my money. This is a terrible app to use. I wish my job would change to another app that works.

The service sucks and sometimes never updates and no matter what you do you’ll have to pay a fee even with ACH so I will say this I prefer DailyPay of this app!
