DailyPay is way better
Tapcheck is nice if you’ve never had an on-demand earning type app before. But the $200 cap doesn’t help if you need any extra emergency money for rent or utilities. Plus, if you’re trying to avoid the flat fee by doing a “next-day” transfer, you’ll probably end up waiting 3-4 days. I understand longer wait times for a weekend transfer, but if you’re requesting on a Monday, “next day” should mean next day.

Availability
Some days its great other days you have to fight for your money. Customer service is not always nice to you and alot of times they dont get back to you. Also i hate how your avail money is at their discretion and fluctuates constantly no matter if you work the same hours or more the day before.

Horrible service
This app does not work and the customer service team is NO help. I have not been able to even see my balance since I’ve got this app I contacted customer service twice and each time they were less helpful last.

The app never worked for me I’ve been using it for two months and my balance never updated.

Keep going long stretches without being able to borrow. When I’m FINALLY able to borrow, app won’t let me. I need to get to frigging work!!
Good app
I think it’s great that we’re able to take money from our checks before we get them if we need them. However, I think we should be allowed to take out more than $100 a day if our checks contain more than that. Maybe I’m missing something but that’s as much as I’ve been able to take out. I am new to this so maybe the amount will go higher as time goes.

Representatives that answer the phone were not helpful
Called over a dozen times in over a month. I was told it was fixed. It wasn’t. Put on hold for 3 hours over a week period. I was also put on hold for “just a minute” 30 minutes later I hung up. Sent emails and just get emails back that they have fixed the problem (they didn’t) and closed the ticket. This happened until I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was the only helpful person I spoke with. The problem got fixed within a few days. It was a unique problem but instead of investigating and trying to fix it, the reps brushed it off. If the supervisor, I’m not mentioning his name so he doesn’t get all the “problem” customers, hadn’t been so polite, professional, empathetic and helpful, I would have left my original 1 star. The 5 star is because of him and the service that tapcheck offers.

It’s a very useful app helped me to wear my limit is 200 now. Only thing is the new update has me without money for 3 days on the weekdays. I called them and got it fixed.
