customer service is a joke
This is the worst same day pay app I have ever experienced. I’ve been using this app for about six months. And it has worked fine with me as long as you don’t need to address an issue with customer service. Recently, I had an address change and was kicked out of the app. Once the address was updated, the very next day and approved by my HR the same day, I still could not access the app. I call customer service who is absolutely no help at all. They say to wait 24 hours and then the next day I call, they say to wait 72 hours. It has been over a week and my address change still has not updated in their system in order for me to be able to use the app and access my own money. I have submitted multiple tickets with no updates and, tried to talk to supervisors but customer service refuses to give me any names of any supervisors. As of today, 8 days after submitting a ticket, I still don’t have access to the keeper app and I keep getting told “the developers are working on it” and they refuse to give me any time frame on fixing the issue .. companies should use daily pay instead of this company

Maybe someday pay
Recently the company that work for changed owners we used to have daily pay which I loved I never had a single issue it was convenient and dependable. We were offered paid keeper through this new company so I signed up I’m single and raising 5 grandchildren so sometimes money is needed when you don’t have it and can’t wait till payday. I have been using paid keeper now for about 6 months and I personally have not been happy with their services at all. They limit the amount you can take out per day so even if you have $550 available you may only use $200 a day at $5 each withdrawal. Second constant bug fixes and updates to the app and when these are going on you cannot access anything. You can only use it if you live in certain states so for example if you live in Indiana but work in Michigan you cannot use it . Customer service is not helpful they just say you have to wait 72 hours that is their answer for everything. I could go on and on I’d just like to say if you are an employer looking into something like this as an incentive for your staff do not use paid keeper I would advise using daily pay personally because I had no issues with it ever.
