customer service is a joke
This is the worst same day pay app I have ever experienced. I’ve been using this app for about six months. And it has worked fine with me as long as you don’t need to address an issue with customer service. Recently, I had an address change and was kicked out of the app. Once the address was updated, the very next day and approved by my HR the same day, I still could not access the app. I call customer service who is absolutely no help at all. They say to wait 24 hours and then the next day I call, they say to wait 72 hours. It has been over a week and my address change still has not updated in their system in order for me to be able to use the app and access my own money. I have submitted multiple tickets with no updates and, tried to talk to supervisors but customer service refuses to give me any names of any supervisors. As of today, 8 days after submitting a ticket, I still don’t have access to the keeper app and I keep getting told “the developers are working on it” and they refuse to give me any time frame on fixing the issue .. companies should use daily pay instead of this company

Maybe someday pay
Recently the company that work for changed owners we used to have daily pay which I loved I never had a single issue it was convenient and dependable. We were offered paid keeper through this new company so I signed up I’m single and raising 5 grandchildren so sometimes money is needed when you don’t have it and can’t wait till payday. I have been using paid keeper now for about 6 months and I personally have not been happy with their services at all. They limit the amount you can take out per day so even if you have $550 available you may only use $200 a day at $5 each withdrawal. Second constant bug fixes and updates to the app and when these are going on you cannot access anything. You can only use it if you live in certain states so for example if you live in Indiana but work in Michigan you cannot use it . Customer service is not helpful they just say you have to wait 72 hours that is their answer for everything. I could go on and on I’d just like to say if you are an employer looking into something like this as an incentive for your staff do not use paid keeper I would advise using daily pay personally because I had no issues with it ever.

Horrible
I’ve been using this app for half a year and now I’m having issues. I deleted my old debit card and have been trying to add my new debit card and once I manually and it allows me but when they send the verification text to my phone I don’t receive it until 35 mins after and the time expires. I’ve called customer service and they don’t help with squat. Rep said it was next a technical issue .. wait 72 hrs. All now .. nothing

False advertisement
Does not be available same day, not even two days sometimes. No updates available, app not sufficient or easy to navigate with lack of menu options. Worst same day pay app ever!!

Problems with this app
It keeps failing everytime I try to withdrawal it was just working fine and it stopped for no reason .
Not same day pay
It is not same day pay have to wait 3 days before my first shift worked even pops up and they charge you too much to get your own money that they have no problem taking back on time.

5 stars except I would put the date that each cash out has to be paid back on before you even cash it out so you know not to take too much from one check

Wasn't bad at first. Then the app went down and talking to customer service is a JOKE! They said it was on my end so when i talked to my employer it's the app and then the customer service person was rude and snapped at me.
Voicemail during business hours?
I called during business hours which they clearly displayed via a prompt message in between waiting and all I got was a voicemail. The app does not update the same day as it states it’s always a day or two behind and when you text the same number you call they tell you to call the number and all you get is a poor customer service. The app does not update daily. They need to do better.

Issue with payout
I signed up for this service through my job, and honestly, it’s been nothing but a headache. When I did my first payout using my Chime debit card, it worked. Now every payout fails over and over again. I contacted Chime, replaced my virtual card, and tried again — still failed.
I called customer service, and the rep tried to tell me they “can’t use virtual cards,” which makes zero sense because a virtual card is literally the same as a physical card. She couldn’t explain anything, and the call just went silent for five minutes. Very unprofessional.
What makes it worse is I saw another review where a woman said she also had issues with her Chime card. She was told to open a whole new bank account for “better compatibility.” She did exactly that, activated the new physical card, and it STILL failed — even with the bank THEY recommended.
So clearly this isn’t a Chime issue; it’s their system. They keep giving excuses instead of fixing what’s wrong. If you depend on on-demand pay or consistent payouts, this service is unreliable and honestly not worth the stress
