Owned by Jennifer Frantz, a veteran professional nanny and mom that knows what is important and how to look for professional nannies. After spending so many years contributing her time and efforts to many families and seeking childcare for her own children, Jennifer came to the realization that there are not many nanny agencies out there who truly understand what it takes to create a thriving placement. MJs Nanny Agency was born out of Jennifer's personal passion to fill the gap and create a nanny placement agency that truly understands the ins and outs of the nanny/family dynamic. Families work one-on-one with Jennifer from start to forever to create lasting connections. We properly vet each nanny diving deep like undercover agents to successfully verify past employment, references, background checks, CPR/1st Aid verification, and any other certifications and education. The #1 goal is a safe, lasting connection to prevent a revolving door of unqualified people.
