Can’t register
As commented before, the app doesn’t let you register due to issues when entering zip codes
Charged subscription with a subscription
I canceled the subscription in 2021 or 2022 and recently they charged it again. How can I stop it?
Not possible to register
During the registration it requires a zip code, but it doesn’t accept Belgium or Nederlands zip code and even UK’s asking for 6 digits. Adding any extra digits doesn’t help as well.
Very unreliable “angels” - canceled membership
I’ve used Charly Cares for several years since I was desperate when I first moved to Amsterdam as an expat to try to find babysitters. In the last year or so the “angels” on this app have been very unreliable - I had a stretch at one point where 60% canceled last minute! How incredibly stressful as a parent! Today I had an “angel” cancel 2.5 hours before the booking and I’ve officially had it with this app and cancelled my membership. I’ve found babysitters in my neighborhood that are way more reliable and actually show up. I no longer find value in a Charly Cares membership.

Bad App Design
This app is so badly designed. Just click around and try to connect with a sitter and you will understand the frustration too.
