Can’t register
As commented before, the app doesn’t let you register due to issues when entering zip codes
Charged subscription with a subscription
I canceled the subscription in 2021 or 2022 and recently they charged it again. How can I stop it?
Not possible to register
During the registration it requires a zip code, but it doesn’t accept Belgium or Nederlands zip code and even UK’s asking for 6 digits. Adding any extra digits doesn’t help as well.
Very unreliable “angels” - canceled membership
I’ve used Charly Cares for several years since I was desperate when I first moved to Amsterdam as an expat to try to find babysitters. In the last year or so the “angels” on this app have been very unreliable - I had a stretch at one point where 60% canceled last minute! How incredibly stressful as a parent! Today I had an “angel” cancel 2.5 hours before the booking and I’ve officially had it with this app and cancelled my membership. I’ve found babysitters in my neighborhood that are way more reliable and actually show up. I no longer find value in a Charly Cares membership.

This app is so badly designed. Just click around and try to connect with a sitter and you will understand the frustration too.

Unconsciousness, dangerous!
How do you rate Charly Cares?we were 15min late because a flat tire to discover our kids were alone Since 20min...Who is doing that really???Shame, Unconsciousness, dangerous!we used this app often but it’s over because we don’t a lot of match but please you can’t select proper babysitters...to be honest it’s unbelievable and it’s a shame

Service is great! The app is awful!
Seriously, you guys need to improve your product management team. The app crashes often, so does the website. The naming conventions aren’t consistent... some times it shows a 12 hour clock with AM/PM sometimes a 24-hour clock...and then sometimes it spells out “half past” a certain hour! It’s unreal! If the sitters weren’t so great, you would have lost a client long ago. Please improve the experience!

Best App in Amsterdam
I normally don’t write reviews but have to after seeing only one for this app. We are expat parents in Amsterdam and LOVE this app and the service. We have used different angels and have completed 20+ bookings. The profiles and reviews make it easy to find trustworthy sitters. And anytime we’ve had any issue, the staff have been proactive in emailing and calling - even initiating communication when they thought we may need some help. What’s more, nearly every parents’ group in Amsterdam has great reviews and recommendations.

Boekingen staan niet meer overzichtelijk, chatfunctie werkt slecht en de app valt vaak uit/loopt vast.
Don’t trust
We hade a babysitter “Angel” from this app that stole from us. She went in to our master bathroom when our baby was asleep, stole a serum and used other products that she by accident misplaced. We told the people who are running the app and the response from their side is that because we don’t have proof they are letting her stay on their platform and work as an “Angel”. We feel horrible having trusted them and leaving our baby with a person who is capable to stealing. And we are extremely disappointed and surprised that the same girl is still working in the same company. What else have people reported to these people but because there is no evidence they girls are still working for them?! To all parents, please be careful using this.

Poor usability and web-views based app. It takes a while to do anything just because of a non-native app development... This app need a complete revamp...
