Worst Bike App
Easily the worst bike app I’ve ever used. Bikes just don’t work and the app’s UI is horrible. Why can’t we just scan like every other app? Why can bikes only be unlocked 3/10 times?
Not worth the price
Hyper expensive (almost extortionate), and the bikes are in terrible condition. Avoid and find alternative means of transportation.
Make Vancouver Green
One of the best city bike rental system in the world.
Unreliable app and service
I don’t recommend this app or the service. It is not reliable enough to use as public transport. You will find yourself late to almost anything if you attempt to rely on mobi.
Useless, unfortunately
Couldn’t even unlock the bike. Tons of issues. This app could really learn from what they’ve done in Montreal. Hopefully they can get some decent developers working on it!
Useless App
Need to be logged in to see where stations are - who has time for that?! Just use the website on your phone
Worst Equipment and Zero Customer Service
The bike wont start and they keep charging you for every unlock. Nobody picks up customer service calls.
Terrible
Multiple charges, in days I did not ride. Charges different in the app than in my card, do not recommend, also very expensive, will be easy and better to take and uber
If i could assign negative stars i would
This shared bike service is the most annoying to use. The docks dot unlock correctly, they fail to lock properly when they lock at all.
And the app is no better.
This is the worse shared bike service i have used in all the cities where i have use one across all continents.
I’d get all my money back if i could.

I think should be cheaper
I used the bikes for 1h45
E-bike: 57.77
Mechanical bike: 43.30
In my opinion it is very expensive, don’t have any sense be like this.. I rent a car for a entire day and refill the tank and I just paid 120 hehehe

We need bike share in South Vancouver
Mobi is needed to expand to areas like Langara
Great when it’s setup
It’s great once it’s setup, but you could do a lot more to be highly specific and detailed about the initial setup process, both I and others around me were having a hell of a time going through all the loops
Fun way to get around
Really enjoyed visiting the Vancouver seawall and Stanley Park. Ride was great even though I had explosive diarrhea earlier in the day.
Worst bike share ever used
Bad bikes, super expensive, outdated technology.
Stanley Park Loop, Vancouver
Rented a bike for just about an hour $23 was exceedingly reasonable and had a wonderful time going around a 13 to 14 km loop of Stanley Park in Vancouver
App is super wonky and doesn’t end rides without a call to customer service.
App is
Simply doesn’t work
Do not use this.
Can’t set up
It won’t let me progress putting in my phone number. It only accepts 9 digits, but when I put in the 10th, it won’t let me progress.
When I clicked on app support in the Apple App Store it 404’d me.

Brought back filtering
They thankfully fixed the one thing that they busted in the new app. Pretty great now, and still way better than Lime scooters!
Typical Rogers experience
Which is to say absolutely awful. I don’t know how much Rogers actually has to do with the app and service itself, but they both feel like Rogers quality products since the change over from Shaw. There isn’t even a way to fillet for just ebikes, you have to click on each station. And sometimes I go to a station that supposedly has multiple ebikes and none of them unlock. Lots of others having the same problem too. I own my own bicycles and just want this service for the ebikes, nothing else, so I frequently waste time trying to find one to the point where it’s cheaper and easier to just take an Uber or whatever. And I’m sorry, but the regular bikes are in such a sad state these days that no one in their right mind would happily ride one.
Everything about this now oozes Rogers and makes it a typically awful Rogers experience. How are they so bad at literally everything they do from their products to their customer service? That was obviously a rhetorical question because there’s effectively no competition and thus no incentive for them to be better. Just look at what they’ve done to the NHL.
Rogers = one of the worst companies in Canada, top to bottom.
