Seems like the worst service
Cars are dirty and smell bad. Often broken. Refunds are almost impossible.
Impossible to sign up
The app will not let you type in a postal code making it impossible to sign up. And there is no other way to sign up as their website just directs you to this useless app .
Unusable
It basically impossible to use, because the tutorial video that they require you to watch before entering the app is unwatchable so you will never being able to get in.
Bad and dishonest service
They’re EV car’s charger wasn’t able to be removed even after I fobbed in, and so I had to change to another car. I called to make sure I wouldn’t get charged for the first car since I didn’t use it, and they guaranteed that. Next day, I call to follow up, and they’re telling me that there isn’t proof of a call or a note of everything I said happening (I have the calls appearing in my phone for proof).
