Systems don’t work
Unfortunately this company’s systems don’t work at all. Firstly it’s clearly advertised that my parking spot should be free with a reservation of a bicycle but then when I try and make the reservation it’s not at all clear. I tried five different ways and there was just an informal sentence in my email about a parking spot. when I called the helpline the nice lady had no idea either whether or not the parking spot was included. Put me on hold to ask and after 10 minutes disconnected. Also when I made payment there was no confirmation so I ended up making three reservations and then finding out that all three had been confirmed. Conclusion: this company’s systems don’t work.

Super handig
App werkt vlot en wijst zichzelf uit, zowel voor het parkeren als om een fiets te ontlenen. Bovendien voor weinig geld. ECht een aanrader!

Give me my money back for your scam. Your app doesn’t open the barriers. A prime example is the parking lot at Baan 74 in Rotterdam. Your service is like that of a banana republic – mocking a customer’s problem instead of helping. Your app is full of bugs and offers no way to contact support directly when you’re stuck inside or can’t get in. Total rubbish – report this company.

Achtung! QR Codes funktionieren nicht!
Ich hatte meinen Parkplatz mit Mobian voraus gebucht und bezahlt (Amsterdam). Als ich dann zur korrekte Zeit mit richtigem Nummernschild etc in die Garage einfahren wollte, konnte der QR Code vom Scanner an der Einfahrt nicht gelesen werden. Nach mehreren Minuten versuchen und hupenden Autos hinter mir musste ich ein normales Ticket ziehen. Am gleichen Tag hatte ich Mobian geschrieben und gefragt, wie ich aus der Garage ausfahren kann ohne doppelt zu zahlen - auch nach fast 1 Woche KEINE ANTWORT! Der QR Code funktionierte an keinem Scanner in der ganzen Garage, nichtmal um zu Fuß die Garage zu betreten! Ich habe dann 63 € bei Mobian bezahlt und nochmal 136 € reguläre Parkgebühren und werde meinen Anwalt einschalten, wenn weiterhin keine Rückmeldung und Erstattung kommt.

the worst thing i’ve actually used in my life.
i recently went to amsterdam for holiday to have these branded bikes outside the hotel. i thought they was good until they was jammed into the locks. i download this app and bought two for 3 hours for €9 each i didn’t mind but the bikes did not come out of the locks but then got charged for the bikes because it made some weird noise. a few weeks go by and now im getting fined for damages i didn’t cause which is absolutely insane to say but it’s true these are nothing but a scam and a proper dodgy company.

Bikes are okay, terrible App
I don’t know who put any thought in the app design, probably no one. super unintuitive, slow loading of the map, and the management functions are in different places

Great bikes, buggy app
Mostly had a good time and the bikes were actually great. The app gave us issues on set-up and first time usage, it took a good 30 minutes. It also said no account setup required, but after struggling for 20 minutes we ended up making one. Fix the app and connectivity issues and it’ll be great.

They were able to refund me for the system error. I am very grateful for that. It did take a lot of push back on my behalf to have the company review my request.
Avoid! Fraudulent bookings
The system will change your reservation time once you book. I contacted the company within the minute of their mistake and am told they are unable to cancel or change the time to the slot you actually agreed to. I requested the issue be escalated and investigated as I confirmed my selection before hitting confirm. I’ve never seen customer service or a system response like this one. Unbelievable and fraudulent.

Bad app and system
It’s a very clunky system and the reservation time should have a “now” option . I should just be able to unlock a bike with a qr scan
