Worst part of this APP you will not receive OTP
I was planning trip to mumbai
And I find this Mobilane charging station on the highway near valsad on a food court but unfortunately the charging station is online. I mean it’s active, but the worst part is when you login into the application. You need to sign up when you sign up. It required the OTP. Waiting from last 30 minute, but I didn’t receive any OTP.I was helpless.

Within minutes, a member of the app team reached out to me from a different number and assisted in resetting my PIN since the OTP wasn’t functioning. Regarding charging, the wallet loading and initialization still require improvements, but once completed, the process runs smoothly

Not able to login with any option
I am not able to login with any option given in the app,if I register with a new mobile number then OTP never comes to my message. I request to send OTP on my mobile number so that we can log in or use your charging stations.
