Update ASAP

This is an amazing, organized and fluid app. Plz update it!
P.s. I’m going to need it for Spring term.

Missing a few small things

Great app, works well but is missing two functions that I use a lot. Only thing holding back from 5 stars and from me using this app over the 2SU website.

When viewing presentation, would like the ability to print slides like I can on the website. I use an iPad and like to print the pdfs to use in OneNote.

Also a button near the transcript to copy it all to clipboard, instead of having to select all and copy manually. The way it is on the website.

Very glitchy

Nice concept if it worked but it is very glitchy and so wouldn’t rely on it. Sometimes modules are completely missing and sometimes display goes off screen.

Functional but not brilliant

It’s a functional student platform, relatively intuitive and easy to negotiate. I understand it takes a lot of our tuition to pay for it, which makes me think it should be better than merely functional.

An option I wish was available for our units is an “all play” on the lectures. Instead I have to stop and download the next lecture every 15-20 minutes. Even if I hit download all, it doesn’t play when out of service area.

Latest update crashes playing downloaded content

After the latest update, the app consistently crashes after 2-3 minutes of playing downloaded content.

Easy to navigate. Very short learning curve for anyone who might be using it for the first time.

Battery hog

Great app but they need to work on battery usage. Consumes more than other video apps.

Slow

It takes forever to log you in and get to your classes. It’s way too slow. I barely use it now. Also it does not update with notifications until way later after the notification. It needs a lot of work.

Freezes Easily

Good in general, but it’s super frustrating that it freezes easily. If you swipe out of the app for any reason, even for just a few moments, the touch functionality doesn’t work in the all anymore. You have to close out completely and reload the app. This is also true if you need to open up a separate document or link within the app itself... Essentially, it seems like most of the time you need to do anything other than watching videos or navigating the courses, it locks up the ability to touch things on the screen.

Won’t load

Logging in takes forever. Have to use the web app on mobile.

Some features not supported

Wall posts on mobile do not update as quickly as on desktop, sometimes taking as long as 30 minutes. Additionally, the submission feature is not available on mobile, which is very inconvenient. Certain pages/tabs are not accessible or viewable, and this is a critical component of being able to complete homework. Clicking the "complete" button on assignments works only intermittently. I generally opt for the desktop version and only use the app when absolutely necessary.

Recent Mac update causing app to not load

I’m an avid user of this app but it has completely stopped letting me login at all in the last week on my iPad. I depend on this app to access my coursework and now we’re in finals season. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app twice now, nothing works. Help please!!

Needs some work

This is a great work to do schoolwork on but there are few things that need work until I can give this app 5 stars.
The first is that the external resources have not been available since I downloaded this app; it’s been almost a year! This is really helpful but some reason my videos don’t load when I download them to be seen offline, completely useless if I can even use the function that it claims it can and should do!
Make this better and I will give this app 5 stars.

Tablet work Doesn’t synchronize with laptop

Tablet work or phone work doesn’t Synchronize with lap top

Extremely buggy app

-Keeps crashing while playing video
-Download fails 5 out of 10 times and requires to keep trying the same download over and over
-Doesn’t sync completed material between mobile and desktop platform
-No capability to view lecture notes and video simultaneously

Terrible update

This app was great before UNC decided to update it and now my dashboard takes 20 mins to load on 500 Mbps download speed internet.

Does the mobile application even work anymore

Mobile application has yet to work this entire semester.

Almost perfect

I wish the app had the ability to cast the video lectures from my phone or tablet to my TV.

Device responsive

Please make the mobile platform (iPad and iPhone) capable of presenting all class material, videos, links and readings with same accessibility as the laptop version. B

Not impressed

This app doesn’t work well with my phone and is inconsistent. I stopped trying to do anything on it other than look at grades. Waste of time just like 2sn.
