It won’t let me update the app.
Unable To Update!!
I am receiving an “update “ message in the app. However when I click on “update “; it takes me to the App Store, where I am only given the option to “open “! HELP!!!!

An insult in the name of an app
This app is garbage
All the time have problem, that why the agency change time to time the app…
MGC+ app is state mandated so no real support. Would not be used in real business world.
This application is a monopoly state mandated app that has no back end or front end support. The developers cash the states checks and have failed to improve their system or customer service. I run several private businesses and if the developers/this app had to compete in the relay world without a Gov/state mandate they would have went out of business long ago.

There’s ALWAYS an issue
I swear, at least three to five times a month, there’s an issue with me clocking in and out. Whether it’s the tasks list not showing or my shifts just completely not available for me to clock, THERE’S. ALWAYS. AN. ISSUE.
TERRIBLE.
I have to use this everyday and genuinely it’s the worst app ever. Nothing ever works the way it’s supposed to. It clocks me out at random times meaning I don’t get paid for hours I have spent caring for clients. I hope the people who created this app have a terrible day. Everyone else - enjoy your Thursday!

Not Great
It seems to always need to be deleted and reinstalled. After a completed shift, I try to clock in the next day and it always tells me I have to complete the day before. Idk it’s annoying. Some days it don’t work at all.
App need improvement
App need an option to kept logged in. Everytime I login and come back after the end of the day, it ask me to longin again. It automatically signs me out.

This is always updating, for what reason, I have no idea.. the thing about it is that sometimes it doesn’t even allow me to login or log out… and then I go over time and I cannot fix the time because they won’t allow it… useless!
Worst app ever
I'm confident this company doesn't take input from the users of the app. With every update using the app becomes worse. The goals aren't actually customizable like KY Medicaid requires. If an error was made on the "timesheet " the employee could correct the hours and document the reason for the error. Now someone has to remotely fix it and recalculate the hours separately. This app actually creates more work and provides no significant benefit to the end user.

A pain to login
For the most part the app works as it’s supposed to. Most of the updates have improved it. The biggest concern for me is the constant need to login everytime I have to use the app. The Face ID recognizes me and with other apps, I am automatically logged in. It would be nice and greatly convenient with the next update if this app would do the same.

Having trouble
I have been signing in and it keeps saying
A new update but when I go to update it doesn’t say update it just keeps sayin open and kicks me back to signing in again, have done this numerson times and have to delete app and download again every time I go to clock in or clock out, every time this is what we have had to do since Thursday!! Please help!!

This app always tracks you and asks for your specific location
App is horrible. Always asking for a password for log-in (even faceid is selected). Terrible with tracking your specific location. Employer pays nothing for my phone but i have to check in using this app (employer can track you). No no no

This is the worst app I have ever used. I am required by the state of Montana to use it. It stalls, I have to re-login all the time, it takes on average 3 min just to check out, not to mention the amount of clicking… navigating this app it is a NIGHTMARE.
Location unmatched
This app can get ugly sometimes! There was time where I clocked in from client house and the app recorded as I wasn’t at the client location and when I tried to adjust it they rejected saying I wasn’t at the location!
Frustrating
Constantly having to delete and reinstall! Go to clock in or out and it says I am not at my location, but google maps shows that I am exactly where I am supposed to be all the time.
Don't waste time
This is the worst time keeping app I have had to use. Every single update made makes the app worse to use. We are required to use this for a KY Medicaid waiver for special needs children. There is so much redundancy under each section. It is vague and can't be individualized. If you accidentally forgot to clock out you could adjust the time worked now you can't. Suddenly they changed the login method without warning. Every single update they make creates new and bigger issues. Do better.

Agencies not happy!!!
This app has been an administrative and billing nightmare. We spend days working with aide working through bugs, malfunctions. Like most government run things they had to pick one of the worst apps. Have lost 10s of thousands of dollars to the app not billing properly. Go back to GAMMIS billing please and use this app for time keeping

Wheel in the sky keeps on spinning
May need a new agency that uses any other app. EVV is stressful enough without an app that spins and spins instead of logging a visit. I don’t have time
