Useful app needs car play support.
Straightforward app to monitor and control the temp on my cfx 5 cooler. Would be great if it was supported in car play so you can check the temperature of your food without picking up the phone while on a road trip.

Will not connect
Will not connect at all. I have been trying for hours . Installed and reinstalled app several times . Guess I will just not be able to WiFi or Bluetooth
Terrible app
For the Bluetooth to work I have to be within a few metres of the van. Not really much good. So I tried the Wi-Fi app but the instructions are so poor and I haven’t been able together it to connect. Dometic, you need to spend more time in these apps, considering I spent £1,000 on a Coolbox.
Check how bad their reviews are everywhere.

Updates are broken
The firmware update process is fundamentally broken for my CFX5:
1. Select update, provide email (why do you need this?)
2. Open email, tap verify OTP.
3. Back to app, error modal appears (email not verified).
4. Try again, “email already used”.
5. Try a different email, same failure (email not verified).
I have the latest version of the app. It’s been this way since last year, and there is nothing special about my setup.

Bricked my cfx 95
The last update destroyed my fridge. The large side works as a freezer now even at 50F and the small one doesn’t work properly. Everything was fine before. No, the update didn’t failed. It’s just a bad update. I wish I can manually reflash it. Lost a lot of my food camping.

I can’t connect my fridge to the app. Even the help options don’t even list the latest model that I bought. The customer service is an automated cycle of nothing. Keine WLAN Verbindung herstellbar mit CFX75DZ
Leider kann entgegen der Verkaufsbeschreibung keine WLAN Verbindung hergestellt werden. Die Steuerung via Bluetooth Verbindung ist möglich wenn man neben der Box steht. Das ist dann dünn für ein Produkt dieser Preisklasse. Auch kann nur die Temperatur eingestellt werden sonst nichts. Nicht einmal die Alarme können konfiguriert werden.

Unreliable
You have to re pair with your fridge every time you exit out the app. Limited functionality and bad connectivity makes this app not worthwhile and I will soon delete it.

Useless
I can only set the desired temperature and that’s about it. No way of changing battery monitoring, display brightness or anything else whatsoever.
Useless for Fahrenheit
It’s been a while since I’ve used the app, but the current version no longer allows me to choose temperatures below 17F. It will work to change the interface to use Celsius, then adjust the temperature lower, and then change back to F, as long as you don’t want to change the temperature again. I wrote the support team and they suggested that I just use Celsius. This isn’t a difficult fix within their app, and I suggest they fix it as most people won’t be able to figure out the workaround of changing to C in order to get a lower setting.

Bluetooth only
I’m able to connect my cooler to wifi but can only monitor and make updates via Bluetooth. Why even have wifi if it doesn’t do anything?
App mobile non convivial
Depuis la refonte de l’application, il est devenu impossible d’activer le wifi sur le CFX3 75 DZ.
J’ai tenté de ré-initialiser le paramètre wifi comme expliqué dans le manuel. Mais maintenant, je ne peux même plus activer le Bluetooth. Donc impossible de faire reconnaître la glacière.
S’il vous plaît, faites une nouvelle mise à jour de l’application pour que tout fonctionne bien à nouveau.

Will not connect to iPhone via BT or WiFi
Useless App
The features this app is advertised as being capable of are what pushes me to buy this CFX3 Cooler. The ability to have it connected to WiFi “as advertised” and have the ability to turn it on and off remotely as long as it has a good WiFi signal was the feature I looked forward to the most.
Now after receiving it, the app will only connect via Bluetooth and will never connect with WiFi regardless of what I try. Very unfortunate and honestly pretty much a lie in the advertising.
Had I of known this prior to I would have bought a different brand that actually works as advertised.

Was working great until latest bug fix
I have two CFX3s 95DZ and a 75DZ. The app used to allow temperature changes to minus 15 degrees F. Now the lowest temperature setting via app is +17 degrees F. The dev messed the temp control settings when they fixed bugs 3 days ago.
