Fix it
I rarely review apps but this one has angered me so much I had to. We utilize this for our business and 80% of the time the app just spins and spins and spins regardless of whether it's been updated lately or not. Really disappointing and not a good look.
App crashes on my iPhone 12
I’ve been very pleased with the customer service and user interface on this app. It’s great if you want to BCC message a group of people for your programs, etc. Two things that prevent me from rating it 5 stars
1) I’m unable to set a scheduled message for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th weekday of the month - it automatically defaults a scheduled monthly message for the 1st weekday of the month.
2)When I go to open an individual’s DM to our account the app crashes and I’m unable to view or respond to the message. It works fine on the web browser

Horrible. Don’t use.
Horrible app and horrible online web server. Use any service BUT this. Support is just as bad.
Lazy customer service
I’m a Small operation that sends dozens of emails monthly. Something about billing that disabled my account. They were quick to disable me permanently without explanation. probably not wanting to look into it — lazy.
Great for churches!
I use this app to organize cleaning at my church and it works well! The app is easy to use and it’s convenient to have replies in one place.
KEEP LOOKING
Horrible app, not even the desktop mode works, both are always glitching, most of the time messages don’t even work and customers don’t receive the notifications. I have spent so much money with this app but I need to look for a new service. I’m done trying to make it work.
New interface is awesome
Looks like the app was totally redone, it’s beautiful! Features are noticeably faster and more responsive. Am able to text customers in bulk seamlessly.

Easy to use & excellent support!
Getting started was very easy and the support team has been kind and helpful with any questions I’ve had. Love using this app to quickly and effectively alert my customers of sales & promos. WAY more effective than emails!
Exactly what I needed
Been trying to find a reliable app, and this one takes the cake. I love using this to communicate with my viewers when I’m going live, as well as when I have new stocks up on my store. Customer service is super helpful as well and know exactly how to tailor their service to my business.
Disappointing
I’ve had the app for several months and now it doesn’t work at all. I can’t send anything. Extremely disappointing. It just keeps asking for more money.
Horrible app and horrible support
Bad app never worked once and I paid 25 dollars and spent 3 hours hand typing contacts into it. Absolutely dissatisfied.

The sales persons are charming and effective; however, the “customer support” staff go out of their way to behave rudely and unprofessionally. Greg is obviously the developer masquerading as “support”. He has zero support skills, just an overinflated ego.
There are so many other apps that function just as well or better, and don’t have aggressively obtuse employees. Go with a competitor; avoid this app.

It’s starting to feel like a scam
I got the service because I saw someone else with it. My main issue is my clients are now receiving spam messages I did not send them. Also when you have your client us the short code they get unsolicited advertising from someone else this really needs to be fixed. I won’t be renewing my monthly subscription.
I tried reaching out to the company with no help at the moment.
Also the app and website stop working at times.
Not good when you have ads out for people to text you for more information.

GARBAGE
I’d rate this trash 0 stars if I could! Greg who I am assuming is the developer and one man show is so unprofessional and just closes chat on you. Must not have a clue how to run a real business he just tells you take it up with the app store. Use slick text They are 100000000 times better
Feature Rich
Affordable & easy to use. Love all the options.
Simple and Effective
Was super easy to get an account created and add contacts/groups. I like that I can view the message history like a group chat thread.
