Could be Great

Could be the perfect go to app to replace WikEM, instead it’s old and convoluted. The little info in these little books are great, but their digital counterparts are dated and clunky. Unfortunate it see ACEP/EMRA hasn’t invested in building a solid app. The data’s all there, it just needs a dedicated software engineer to build it out. Including this with ACEP membership would be a phenomenal benefit.

No EM Fundamentals

Honestly I hardly use this since I realized it doesn’t have EM Fundamentals. Pretty bummed I paid for it & it doesn’t have one of the most critical things.

Loving this app!

I had a case of refractory SVT, and this was super helpful to have in my pocket in the resuscitation bay. Thanks for creating!

Subscription active

All access pass but i cant access any of them?

Crashes. Needs IPad Support

I’ve loved the ABX guide forever. I tried the combined app despite not liking the subscription model. I’m disappointed. PressorDex crashes every time. There is no ipad support, even though the former apps supported this years ago. This is just sloppy, and not what I expect from EMRA.

Please add Pediatrics

Please add the basics of emergency medicine: pediatrics chief complaint based guide.

MD

I love this app. It helps me provide better patient care. I used to carry about a half dozen EMRA books in my bag with me. Now I just carry the EMRA app in my phone. With the all access pass you get all of their apps; much cheaper than purchasing each one individually. You can also search within MobilEM to find keywords across the different apps. This has been great for managing my tox patients, finding out the most appropriate disposition for ortho patients, etc. I’ve called on MobilEM when I have had crashing adults and peds alike. Shoot, not only does this app help me provide better care, but it has helped me saved lives.

I have noticed a bug or two (like any app), but after messaging the developer, they seemed to get resolved pretty quickly, which was awesome. Great service. And I also noticed that they update the apps pretty regularly, keeping the information up to date with the current literature. Definitely my go to clinical app! Thanks EMRA, yet another amazing clinical resource!

Good quick app, but Pressordex crashes

Like the title says, this app is a solid quick app, but would be better if the Pressordex didn’t crash while looking at sedation meds.

Fix the PressorDex Sedation Tab!

This app is great, but would be awesome if the sedation tab didn’t crash when trying to open, and same with the Peds sedation! Please fix

Works great! But there are some bugs.

Overall love the App. I prefer the cleaner and crisp of appearance of the apps when they are purchased separately and wish the interface looked like the individual apps. Also, the Pressordex app crashes when looking at sedation options and occasionally with others portions of each app. Most work very well and are packed with great info. Wouldn’t want to be without this large library of information. Hopefully these crashes, particularly the sedation options on pressordex are fixed at some point.

Of the presdex app does
Not work?

bugged

pressordex section with sedation is not functional. crashes every time. using free trial now but will likely cancel at end of month.

Amazing!

This is the go-to app suite for EM!!

Making it easy

So awesome having a one stop for all of my EMRA resources. The ability to just get everything with one click makes it much easier on shift to carry the entirety of the EMRA library in my hand.

Potential

Very good app, but needs some technical work. Some of the links do not work, like the toxicology guide for pesticides and the Toxidrome table.

Also the search option could use an update. The only way to find beta blocker overdose is to search “antihypertensive” or “beta adrenergic antagonist.”

Great reference

Fantastic reference with breadth and depth of content

LOVE EMRA!

I love EMRA resources, and it’s amazing to have all of the books and guides on an app at my fingertips!

Download issues

I purchased the package subscription. Had access for about 10 minutes and now it is telling me I do not have access despite it being listed in my active subscriptions.

Will not let me restore my previously purchased antibiotic guide

I purchased EMRA Antibiotic Guide previously but Mobile EM will not let me restore the purchase.
