This app is clunky and over complicated. There is nothing easy or convenient about the interface and it lacks basic info search tools
Very useful app to manage your banking, iOS 15.6 isn’t supported also
I’ve been using this app for a while now, it’s been such a time saver to let me be able to manage my banking instead of going onto the website. It’s gotten even better since the update a few months back where they updated the interface and added mobile deposits. The only complaint I have is that I had to update from iOS 15.6 to be able to use the app, but it never said that iOS 15.6 wasn’t supported, so I had a difficult time figuring out that’s what it was.

I really enjoy using this app! Marquette makes it very easy to manage my money in my accounts and transfers are instant, which is very helpful. I’d be lost if I didn’t have this app which I use almost everyday. It’s just another way that Marquette shows how awesome they are! Good job Marquette!
No quick access pin?

Another update and still no pin for quick access? Why take away 4 digit pin for quick access and make only Face ID for quick access?? Force those who don’t use that feature to type entire bank account password? Not to mention I just sent away for my second new debit card in 3 months because of bad chips. Which isn’t the first time that happened thru out the years. Other banks and credit unions don’t seem to have any problems, at least the people I’ve asked.

Latest update
The latest update is hit or miss. Some of the features are good, many are not. One of which is the inability to use a code instead of your full password. A quick task is now a little lengthier than before the update. Maybe it is more secure? I don’t know, but it is more annoying.
I get kicked out all the time
I’m assuming the last update was a bad one it no longer lets me log in with a 4 digit pin
Awful App
This app for the last few months is terrible. It never lets me login. I hate the set up and you have to continuously go back to get to everything!
New app old and tired
I was asked to update my review, and unfortunately, the app remains disappointing. It’s clear that it needs an overhaul. The design feels outdated, and being signed out repeatedly is incredibly frustrating—what's the point of the "remember me" option and Face ID if I have to log in every few days? The layout lacks clarity, making it challenging to locate what I need. Significant improvements are essential for a better user experience.

Pretty good app, needs some additional features
I really love this app, it gives me everything. I need to know pretty cleanly. It used to tell me with notification when something hit my account, but it doesn’t do it anymore. It would be wonderful if it did that.
Wasted time
Every time you open app it shows a warning about passwords. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Enough already.

While the app has had its issues in the past, the bank puts in great effort to make improvements and constantly protect my data in this ever evolving digital world.
