Horrible
Will not let me log in or even at the minimum change my password. My card is locked and I have to way to unlock it now. No way to contact them or anything other than login. No website or help.

Horrible app. I sent this app up and saved all my passwords and Face ID. Every time I go to log into the app, it has deleted my passwords, forgotten my face, and on top of that, when I go to reset my password. It tells me I cannot reset my password. What’s the point of an app to protect your bank account if you can’t ever access the thing. Because of these inconveniences, every time I stay out of town, hotels charge me extra and I can’t even prevent it bc A. The app never works and B. My bank is never open when I need them to be. All around my experience with this app in conjunction with my bank is absolutely horrible and unacceptable.

Greatly Appreciated!
Has saved me so much grief! I have spending alerts set so if my card is compromised they won’t be able to get much & it alerts me every time a transaction goes through so I can catch unauthorized charges immediately! With online purchasing there’s always a risk & I’ve had my card info compromised twice this year (once just by using it at the grocery store)!

Transaction Notifications STOPPED
I used to receive notifications every time I make a transaction but Wednesday, March 22, 2023 my notifications STOPPED. Why have they suddenly STOPPED? Please fix because I truly rely on that.

App doesn’t work
Every time I want to use this app I have to delete it and redownload it. I’ve taken it to my bank and they tried to login for me and the mobimoney app keeps not opening so whenever I try to access it again, I delete and redownload. I’ve restarted my phone and it’s not that. All my other apps and everything on my phone works. I recently got this iPhone 13 so it’s a new phone. It’s the app that isn’t working.

Password always says incorrect
App consistently changes my passwords or says it’s wrong every week, and when I try to reset the password, it only gives you one minute to retrieve the security code from your email and change your password or it won’t work, only good for shutting off your card when it does work.
Worst Application in Existence
Not only can I NOT see how much money is in my bank, someone stole my card and is spending it in another state and there is no way to report it outside of bank hours.
The only thing you can do is see *SOME* of the transactions that happen, and *MAYBE* be able to see a fraction of the information necessary.
It is absolutely thee worst application I have ever seen and it is depressing to think that video games have a better banking system than actual banks.

Not good for a banking app
It doesn’t instill confidence in a financial app when both the developer and app support sites are unreachable due to SSL errors.
Worse app ever
This app is the worse. Never uses Face ID even thought it is set to. I always have to put in my password.
Perfect Fraud Prevention
This app does not keep up with my transactions which is fine because I can use my apps that are provided from each individual financial institute for that. WHAT this APP DOES DO is it allows you to TURN YOUR CARDS OFF LIKE A LIGHT SWITCH WHEN NOT in Use And On when I want to use the card. The whole reason I wanted this app is to be in control of when my cards are activated so this app does it’s job!

Worst app ever
Worst app ever always logs me out can never get it open when I need it and worst of all logs me out and makes me reset my password but then I’m not able to reset or log on at all worthless app would never recommend it the absolute worst
Use to be good
This used to be good. For the last few months either it doesn’t notify the purchase or it knock me out and I have to log back in. Now it is saying my password is not correct. So i hit the link for forgot password and it says it sent an email to do a new passcode and it never sends. Cant find support for app at all

Get ur act together
Unreliable. Card status changes from active to waiting to active for no reason, purchases were denied for this reason. Retired to remove cars and reset, now I’m locked out of app. Requested to reset passcode and I don’t even receive it. FTWCCU should rethink who they do business with because this app is a disappointment.

Bug fix
I’ve had this app since last year and it worked out great. But now we come to October of 2021 only to find out that my transactions are frozen. It is still showing the same amount I have in my account and I don’t know how much money I have left now. Please fix this problem please. I don’t wanna have to find a different app

There is not show current balance anymore. I can’t see balance

Good app to track spending but i cant see my balance anymore it just keeps going back to card screen

I downloaded this app because the fraud dept at my bank is incompetent. This app does not work.
