Inconsistent. Constantly glitching
unreliable to the point of dangerous
youāre better off ordering a taxi most of the time!! quicker, costs about the same and safer. and less sweaty and stressful.
the final straw for me was when i was cycling on a really busy street when the bike suddenly decided to jam itself or something and then was saying something to me in portuguese i think?! i could cycle but only REALLY slowly and using every ounce muscle i had. i had to get off the bike and abandon it. had there been more traffic i could very easily have been injured or worse because of this. i looked on the app to see if i was cycling in a no go zone or something but nope! all was green - i still have no idea why the bike did this!
the app is as janky and unreliable as the bikes. been using these bikes occasionally over 3 months which has proven to be enough times now to be sure it is majorly overpriced for the quality of the bikes and app. many bikes are often broken but you donāt know that till you walk all the way to them and scan them. the map is hard to navigate - you cant find where you are and often either doesnāt show bikes that are there or shows bikes that arenāt there. the whole system of locking the bikes is, frankly, stupid. most of them just have code 0000 and the bikes are already locked by the wheel, and most users donāt bother to lock them. but if they do bother then sometimes they donāt unlock with the code provided! the payment is system is also very annoying. it should just debit your card rather than demanding that you top up. please donāt waste your money on this service. use freenow or uber or bleeker bikes or buy some rollerblades honestly!

Rip off
Hired an e-bike. 36 minutes. 4.5km. ā¬10!! Would have been cheaper to take a taxi.
Theft
I used their bikes once in Dublin; they work well.
However, I had to deposit ā¬5 into my account to rent the first bike, and that money wasn't used for my reservationāanother charge was made on top of that.
Then, when I wanted to close my account, they charged me a ā¬4.99 fee to withdraw my ā¬5, explaining that it was the financial companyās fee (even though the actual fee from that company doesnāt exceed ā¬2).
This is clearly theft with impunity.
I am outraged by such practices.
I'm asking an immediate refund before taking legal action.

TOTALLY SCAM
I've been charged for ā¬10 for 2 broken bike. They didn't pay me back full of broken bikes either!!
Worst app ever
Bikes are never available, sometimes the app charged you with no reason, and impossible to get a refund, Iāve never seen an app / business so bad !!
Waste Of Money
App asks you to put money in to add a credit card, and then again to have a minimum balance. Then I couldnāt unlock a bike and now they are refusing to refund it without a fee of 4.99ā¬.
Faulty Bikes
Half of their bikes are unable to actually be unlocked in addition to the ones that will lock up while youāre biking. As you can imagine, a bike going at full speed locking up can be catastrophic
Worst Mobility App Ever
Almost all bikes seem to be available however once you scan the code 90% of the bikes are not available

They charge you 30ā¬ because they want. Scamers, donāt use this app, itās a bad joke

Fiddly difficult app, but ok in the end
A bit difficult to set up a News and then ending the ride was also difficult as it didnāt seem to want to end it for me then it was telling me I had to agree that I had already submitted a photo even though it hadnāt given me that option I submitted the end of the ride anyway and then it gave me the option to take a photo, so perhaps not a as streamline as it could be.
