Your Entire Government in Your Pocket
mObywatel is the most useful digital government services I have ever used. Having virtually all important documents at my fingertips — from ID cards and driving licences to even a gun license — makes everyday life much easier. The app also brings together government-related tasks in one place, including access to official correspondence, information about owned properties, and the ability to pay taxes directly through the app.
What impresses me most is that mObywatel is constantly evolving, with new features being added regularly. It keeps becoming more comprehensive and convenient, making interactions with public administration simpler and more efficient. A great example of how digital services should work.

Websites of government agencies are not generally known for user-friendliness, but this one was easier to handle than I expected.
The only problem I was experiencing was “what do I do next?” For example, the page showing my documents might have buttons like “confirm”, “revise”, “go back”, or “you are done and may log out”
