App will log you out of your account randomly
The app logged me out of my account the other day without notifying me. First time in almost 2 years. Of course when my older deep freezer quit working, it did not notify me. We found it a couple days later. Needless to say I do not have any meat left, a deep freezer, or this device. I suppose the security is necessary though. I’d hate for someone to get into my account and see that my freezer is not working.

Not very smart
I downloaded the app last night and tried to set up a new MOCREO account and nowhere on the app does it let you. What is more, there is no way to keep the MOCREO Sensor and MOCREO Smart accounts separate.
An app worthy of an update!
I use this app with the Mocreo NS2 temperature/humidity monitor. The app works correctly, however, it would be nice if the graphing scales were larger to better accommodate the graph. There is very limited range between 1° and the next, so 71° to 72° is too narrow to read 71.5° for example.
Wish the app gave out live data
I absolutely love this apps concept. Realistically my one complaint is the fact that in order to get an update on what my vivarium is looking like I have to close and open the app again to get an accurate reading. I really wish that I could leave the app open and watch it in real time versus having an open and close it repeatedly. Everything else about the app is great. I just wish it gave live updates a little more frequently.

Freezer temperature monitor
Installed this monitor a few weeks ago and it is super amazing to know exactly what your freezer temperature is at all times. The alarm function works great when you set the parameters and alerts your mobile phone when those are reached...both high and low temps can be set. This product delivers more than I asked for and is simple to use, just download the app to your phone. Excellent product!

Follow Up Alert Reminder removed?
The Follow Up Alert Reminder is a very important feature in case you miss it the first time it goes off. Why remove it?
Fonts are too small
Pls consider increasing the app font size, or creating a way the user can do it. Tks.
Love it…but…
I really like the simplicity and ease of use of this app with my freezer temp sensor. One bug I’d like to report though. With the iOS app… the screen will go blank occasionally. It requires a swipe-up and restart to bring the screen beck. It’s a minor thing but I thought I’d report the bug.
