The app doesn't work
I can't access my purchase history, my favorites list, I can't favorite an item. Its never worked and I've had it downloaded for years now. If I want to buy through moda operandi I have to use the website version and it's annoying, making me result to other fashion retail apps.

The app works less than half the time. So frustrating!
No Apple Pay?
I'm not even sure if I'll go back to Moda first of all no Apple Pay is so weird and I didn't realize the top have to be pre-ordered until I was checking out and there's literally no date that even tells me when the item is gonna be shipped!
Love full access to collections
It’s great to not have commercial retail buyers edit a designers collection. Having access to pre order what I want each season is great. The sales are good too
Functionality
This app consistently breaks, does not let me login, and immediately closes on me. While they have a cute selection of clothes, I am shocked at how poor the technology is. It makes me never want to buy from them, because they clearly don’t care about customer experience.

Slow response / questionable delivery time
I have had a horrible experience prior and am worried this will be another. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼
Truly exceptional customer service.
They were able to reverse charges immediately so I could correct my own error, with impeccable demeanor and class, while charging the lowest domestic shipping rate possible for products otherwise only attainable via the EU/UK market. Exceptional.
Payment processing not working.
Forced me to go thru PayPal and prceeeded to push back transactions. There are some issues going on. Otherwise the site is great.
Website Glitches
Had to try to add a new address a million times and the app kept quitting - had to wait 2 days and by that time the item I was going to buy was gone
App problem
Whenever i click on an item to see, the page goes up, so a part of the pic is not seen unless you pull it down again but it goes up again so you have to pull down and keep your finger on the screen.

Fix the app!!! Trying to add items to my shopping cart via the app and they go to my wishlist. Can’t do anything at the moment and it’s frustrating.
Can’t Log In
Love Moda, love the site experience, but I cannot shop from the app because I can’t log in. I’ve changed my password numerous times trying to fix it, but have come to the conclusion that the app login screen isn’t coded correctly. It won’t even let me sign in using Face ID through my Apple account.

Love the clothes and interface of the App but issues with PW!
I have had so many issues trying to log-in. I have reset my password numerous times and still have an invalid password error! I am going to uninstall and reinstall (fingers crossed) it will reset and accept my updated password(s) which I know I will have to reset again but hoping it will finally cooperate! I unfortunately lost an entire cart of items when I realized I was not logged in, and then upon trying to log-in, am not able! I am however able to log-in via the web, but App would be much more convenient!

Poor UX, Good Product
They really need to stop with the prompt to enable push notifications every time you go to the home page of the app. I could see an initial prompt when you open the app, but every time the user goes back to home is absolutely irksome.
When the user has seen all the product in a category, it should be clear that you’ve reached the end. We don’t want to see repeats. We don’t want to doom scroll.
The product they sell is great and I haven’t had any issues with shipping.
Taking off 2 stars for the poor user experience and lack of respect for their customers time. I would shop the app more if it weren’t so annoying.

LSD I love you pls make a better app!!
Want to love it so much as LSD is my idol but this app is infuriating and to not invest in development for luxury fashion/lifestyle feels so off brand?? Password reset, login screen issues abound, error messages that don’t make sense or can’t be resolved, and the inability to scroll photos in full screen mode drives me crazy. Pls add scrolling and zooming abilities including in thumbnail/list view (like Saks, etc.) so we can scroll through all the product photos without having to click on each product by one at a time.
