Terrible service!
Terrible service! They cancelled one of the dresses I ordered without my knowledge! They disabled my account access until they could ship my order for 1.5 weeks. Then, after 3.5 weeks, my order finally arrived and what do I see – the dress is torn! They don't respond to emails – they only say that your request has been registered, wait for a response, and a week later they disabled the return function through the app! I placed an order for over $150! What I received was a torn dress, another one – the fabric didn't match. They sent polyester, but the website said 70% cotton! And now they don't respond to me at all!

The sizes were smaller and the fabric wasn't the same as advertised. They charged $25 for the return, which is half the price, and I will never order from Modanisa again.
Unstable prices
Just deleted the app. They used to be stable. Now the prices for some items are ridiculously high! There seems to be no normalisation. Modanisa’s reply to my feedback was, that they cannot interfere with the pricing! $4k on a dress? $700-$800 on regular clothes? True some items are accurately priced but this app is definitely glitched if the same item can be priced very differently.

Bad customer service, awful return service
Products looks good in photos and pricy but most of the times the quality is not good enough, had to return 2 times despite the high return fees the process is just awful, the tracking number shows its been delivered to them back but i heard nothing by them nor got a refund , tried to contact the customer support and all I got is automated replies and still not get any refund be careful dont buy anything if you have 1 chance you need to return , you would either buy or never return. Waste of money and unqualified people.

All clothes came in a wrong size. For the return they sent me a wrong delivery address! I waisted almost 2 months of waiting and spent 80$+ for international delivery which was eventually returned to me! I contacted them by email, though what’s app, through website - nobody ever replied or provided any assistance! I hate this website and how they treat the customers! I lost over 300$ for their incompetency and wound never recommend it to anyone! 0 stars!!

Never received my order
I ordered two shirts from Modanissa and it has been a month and a half since my order. I still haven't received them! 😡 I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but I've yet to receive any response. This experience has been really disappointing. I expected better service, especially given the amount of time that has passed. I hope they can improve their customer service and shipping process in the future.

Lately, I’ve been experiencing a bad service from Modanisa as I bought a dress that is returnable according to the application and I submitted the return request but nothing happened since that and I’m trying to call and send many emails with no response as well.
Main important thing about the online shopping is the clarity and easy accessibility and communication if the customer is having any issues regarding their orders.
I don’t recommend anyone to use Modanisa unless they are sure that they will not need to return it as they will waste their time and money trying to reach out without any response from them 😕👎🏻

My sisters and I used to love shopping from Modanisa, but now the prices have gone up a lot and the quality is not as good as before.
