Useless app
Useless never shows a ticket
It doesn’t work great.
There’s a ticket that shows up and I can’t get it to go away. I tried numerous times.
There’s also the issue with trying to submit reports, sometimes it wont let you and it just keeps spinning and the internet connection is not the problem since I’m connected to wifi and everything else internet related is working. Which can only mean its the app is the problem.

Reboot needed
Easy to use but has to reboot every time after you turn off the screen. It should still run at background but It’s die when the light is off and app need to be updated. Thanks
