Stop deleting my honest review
I’m not sure why my review keeps getting deleted… It seems like these people can’t take criticism at all… this app is NOT AS GOOD AS THESE PAID REVIEWS STATE. The system is SO slow, the petty BS with the messages not renewing on time every time is a HUGE issue. Why am I paying for text messsges anyway when this app is heavily OVERPRICED for what it does. You cannot input addresses other than what they think the address is (and a lot of the times it’s WRONG). And I absolutely cannot stand the message censorship on ridiculous COMMON words used in grooming like “anal gland” and “CBD” it just fails to send a message because whatever sheltered softie makes their deplorable messaging service, fails to understand that these are important words that we need to communicate with our customers. ABSOLUTELY NOT WOTH THE ASTRONOMICAL PRICE THESE PEOPLE TRY TO CHARGE FOR THIS MEDIOCRE APP.

Unreliable
It has always been SLOW from the start. Now that I am using it for 3 years and built my business on it-my frustration grows daily with moego! Just as stupid as it’s name, it is not helping my business but holding it back! It is not fun when you are mobile and would need the next client’s address, or you would want to send grooming reports and would need to do it quick- but you have to pull over for an HOUR until the app catches up!!! Oh! As a new client I got all the support I needed so they vould lure me into this…Now, support is unavailable for long time users! You are left to google and browse user communities… good luck with that!

From a workers pov
I currently work at a doggy daycare and we’ve switched to MoeGo and all I can say is… THIS IS TERRIBLE. It’s so confusing. It’s literally caused so many people at work so much stress and frustration. I could honestly go on and on about how terrible this app is from the massaging to booking to doing something as simple as searching a dog/client, but I’d literally write a whole novel. Do yourself a favor if you are an employer and DO NOT USE MOEGO. You’ll save your staff plenty of stress and frustration.

Worst app out there
So sick of this app and not sure how it has such a high rating. It’s absolutely terrible. There are glitches and bugs all the time. I have to shut it down and restart it every time I create a new profile for a client. Their messaging system is an absolute joke, failing to send messages because it contains words like CBD …. Give me a damn break ..and the customer service takes hours to get back to you. Such an unprofessional service. Literally use any other app but this one.

Greedy
No doubt there are some useful features, but since it’s start. The greed of this company has grown just as much as any other part. Don’t get wrapped up and waste your money.

Listen, I’m not the most tech savvy millennial on the planet but I can get around. This software is a NIGHTMARE SET UP.
Earlier this year, it was fine but I wasn’t financially and it was a huge big deal for them to cancel my plan. Oh don’t worry, they still made “mistakes” and charged me afterwards.
I tried Gingr and that is also a nightmare and even more expensive so later this year I went back to Moego.
It’s been about 2 months and I’m with support almost daily bc there’s so many specifics for things that have no reason to be so difficult to set up. I have stayed up until 3am several nights trying to fix the discount enabling (still working on that) and I didn’t want to touch Moego for 2 weeks because as much as I love some of the conveniences, it’s kind of like Apple where what used to be looked at as a perk or convenience, has now become a bigger headache and not worth any of the cost.
I feel like I’m in an abusive relationship with this program. I hate it, but I need it to at least organize my business.
Screw using MoeGo pay, I will not be using them to take 3-5% of my hard earned money as a “service fee”… absolutely not.

Downhill
Terrible Service!! I have been with Moego for over 7 years and they have gone completely downhill. Nor do they care for their clients who have been with them since very early on. Their software is not only buggy because they add updates almost everyday, but their customer services lacks any kind of sentiment or care on how the consumer relies on their software to run their day to day operations. I have reached out multiple times and they either blame the internet connection, cookies or even myself. I can now say that I am officially switching software. NOT TO MENTION- they have updated every facet to their software EXCEPT their reports!! They are terrible to export. An accountants nightmare! You would think that they would have already made the effort to update that first and foremost! What a headache and waste of money and time for myself and my clients. STAY AWAY !!

Find a better software
After years of using more ego we made the switch because they took over $900 out of our account and refuse to refund
Do not waste your money!
They charge way too much for what they offer and when you pause your service, even when they confirm said pause, they will still charge your account.
Worst ever
Don’t use this service, if you don’t like it they won’t refund any of your money. They are very incompetent.
Not worth it
I signed up, they weren’t capable to import all my appointments from my current system for the next two months, so I cancel. They won’t return my money and forced me to stay until the end of the billing cycle. They even ask my current service to help them switch!!!! AWFUL

Thieves
Watch your bank account these guys are thieves! I used them for 4 years and finally had time to review things and found they didn’t deposit sometimes and withdrew other times and when I talked to them about it I got one refund nothing else not even a sorry. I proved what they did they agreed and just sent one refund and never responded again! Thieves ! I’m a groomer I’m not lying don’t use this company fellow groomers!

I loooove Moego! If there were only a little bit more customization options for the layout and theme on the report cards and if I could change how I structure my week layout (Monday-Sunday, instead of the traditional Sunday-Monday) I would absolutely give this 5 stars!!!

The Best Software For My Mobile Business
I have been using Moego now for going on 4 years and it keeps getting better. I love how they are constantly improving and listening to businesses needs. The moego team is always helpful and quick to answer and questions, concerns, or receive feedback for improvements. My staff says this is the easiest grooming software they have used and I agree!
