Horrible product. The faucet does not work consistently so the app is useless.
Not reliable performance
Software wants to shut off water for legitimate usage and ignores real problems.
Had a stuck toilet flapper waste 700 gallons of water and did nothing - I serendipitously discovered the problem. But it wanted to turn the water off due to a shower at an “unusual” time.

Celsius Readings Wrong
Historical temperature readings now displaying with readings of 76 degrees Celsius. At that temperature, nobody would be alive. Fix your displays. Was this vibe coded?
Poor replacement for the old Flo app
Hate this app. Doesn’t work as well as the old one. Missing all the little things I liked from Flo, But would not be a huge issue if at least one could easily manage water shutoffs like the Flo app.
Terrible software. Many bugs
This app is pretty awful. It offer features that do not actually work. The front end promises capabilities that the backend cannot deliver. Its “AI” is just a stupid chatbot that has no memory and fails to provide support for basic problems. The valve’s advertised learning modes do not work. Cannot recommend software. Even though the valve functions well, it is depending on terrible software rendering the package a bad buy.
