Nothing Works
Payment is a nightmare, they keep logging you out of the app with no explanation. It turns out they don’t accept Amex although the logo is there. They also don’t accept Mastercard although the logo is there. The form is long and when complete they will log you out! Only to get an email with a number that you need to use to try and retrieve the application. Then the payment process is a complete nightmare. It’s like an online form from windows 95 in the year 1996. Really embarrassing for Jordan to have visitors go through this before they even visit.

worst app u could ever use, you will have to spend days to fill a page as it keep freezing, deleting ur files, maximum upload space is 500kp

Useless. The app cannot process visa payment.

Hard to find the English option. When you do, the back end seems to always "error" so you can't apply for what you need. Worthless app.

Slow and does not make any sense
The app keep telling me put the code from the picture however, there are no pictures when entering the personal data and the profile this needs work and update.

The app has great potential, but several bugs and usability issues need to be addressed.
Firstly, it’s impossible to change your email or phone number after creating an account. If you lose access to either, you’re locked out of the app. Worse still, creating a new account isn’t an option, as the system prevents it due to national ID verification.
Logging in is unnecessarily complicated. The CAPTCHA used is one of the most difficult I’ve encountered. My 77-year-old father has no chance of getting through it, and even I, with a PhD in computer science, struggle. This level of complexity is excessive.
Another major issue is the menu navigation—once you click on the burger menu, there’s no way to return to the main app.
