I did for my kids and nannies e visa and it was very smooth. Faster than waiting at the airport. I did do a mistake with one digit and emailed the email on the application. I was expecting the response to be to reapply again however i was assisted and they have fixed the incorrect digit. Verrrrry pleased

الواحد مو عارف يلقاها من ال app ولا ال customer care ، بعد خصم المبلغ مرتين بحكيلك الطلب عالق بسبب عدم الدفع

Nothing Works
Payment is a nightmare, they keep logging you out of the app with no explanation. It turns out they don’t accept Amex although the logo is there. They also don’t accept Mastercard although the logo is there. The form is long and when complete they will log you out! Only to get an email with a number that you need to use to try and retrieve the application. Then the payment process is a complete nightmare. It’s like an online form from windows 95 in the year 1996. Really embarrassing for Jordan to have visitors go through this before they even visit.

worst app u could ever use, you will have to spend days to fill a page as it keep freezing, deleting ur files, maximum upload space is 500kp

Useless. The app cannot process visa payment.

كل شوي بيكتب أنو في خطأ ولازم حاول لاحقاً، مع أني محمّل أحدث إصدار والأنترنت عندي ممتاز. عبحاول قدّم على تأشيرة عبور (ترانزيت) وبختار فئة البلدان التي بحاجة إلى موافقة مسبقة، بيطلعلي بالقائمة بس (الأردن)!!! البرنامج سيئ جداً

Es ist einfach nicht möglich, ein Visum zu beantragen. Jedes Mal error. Schrott
Does not work for visa applications
User interface very clumsy. Buttons not reachable on iPhone. Payment with visa is failing. Total waste of time and effort. Good thing is that the app manages to show the incompetence prior to even have set foot in the country
Error error error
Hard to find the English option. When you do, the back end seems to always "error" so you can't apply for what you need. Worthless app.

The app is not working tried many times to apply but it keeps crashing
