The two phone numbers I have used in Poland/Europe have been removed from app so I cannot add founds (doladowac). No phone number provided for contact.
Ease of use
App is worse than few years ago. Used to be easy to see what addon for roaming is best now it's buried in taps

Convoluted, unclear and complicated
This app has been created to make it difficult to find almost anything AND it is VERY difficult to get clear answers on how things work. It’s all done on purpose so the customers are confused and pay more than they have to. Chat help (actual live help) is very good but it keeps disconnecting. Once again, it’s almost impossible to find clear answers to basic questions.
