Cannot get it to connect

Literally just bought 2 AirMoji’s and cannot get either of them to connect to my phone after trying everything! Turned off, turned on, reinstalled app to troubleshoot and nothing works. Super frustrating & disappointing after spending over $200 for this (the Bluetooth capability sold me) so to not be able to set a schedule for them & control with my phone is a big disappointment. Please fix it!!
