Absoluter Schrott.

„Too far away“
I tried 10 different bikes and it always said „you are too far away“. The map shows my correct location.
With the former, established bikes everything worked. Classic make-it-worse update.
Not worth the hassle. Taxis in Budapest never let you down.

Thank you for letting us know! We apologise for the issue and are already working on fixing it; an app update will be released shortly to resolve this problem.
Only Login no Sign up
Where can I sign up? I tried the Login page and put my phone number, but the app shows the account doesn't exist and tells me to sign up. But no where in the app can I find the sign up option.
Constant frustration due to the condition of bikes
I’ve been using Bubi on and off for years and it’s just been too many times that I had a flat tire, broke shifter or/and halting chains. The overall reliability of the bikes is poor. It’s hard to recommend a service where the locks sometimes refuse to close, and every trip carries the risk of getting stuck swearing at a station for minutes before eventually contacting support because the bike won’t return properly.
I’ve had many negative experiences, and I didn’t write a review earlier because I genuinely like what Bubi stands for. The app is good, and customer support has always been helpful — but the hardware has let me down too many times to overlook.

100% recomanable
Super practic i comode per moure't per la ciutat de Budapest. Carrils bicis molt adaptats.

Thank you very much, that is great to hear!
Budapest heroes square
Really fun addition to our holiday from the UK. Easy to use app. My friend is having some difficulty returning her bike but hopefully will be resolved by their help desk.
Great app and exceptional service
Been using MOL Bubi for my daily transportation the last 3 years in Budapest. The app works well and it is fast, the only small caveats with MOL Bubi are the same as the inherent limitations of any such system, mainly concerning the physical working of the shared bikes. The customers service is exceptional, they are fast, professional and communicate well. I very highly recommend using MOL Bubi for anyone biking in Budapest, especially if biking only occasionally, but also for biking regularly. With the planned expansion of the service area I hope it will be used by many more customers.

A lot of stations
Stations everywhere…not a problem!
Service charge
Absolutely ridiculous, letting park in any place but charge you straight away 5000 Huf, called support to let them know that I wasn’t aware of it and I am willing to park in designated place, didn’t get any help there.
App and service
Complicated app, overpriced service (50 HUF for a minute!) more expensive than Bolt if You travel in two, bad quality of equipment. Though huge and dense service area.
Not on time
Ir does not allow you to use it for 24 hours after you manage to register an account, which is pretty hard fail after fail. It does not let you know why you cannot enter your credit card data and start using the bikes. It’s a waste of time. Therefore, we didn’t manage to use the app and the bikes.
A bit fiddly but worth every penny!
The sign up process is fiddly, it randomly deletes data you entered and it’s not very smooth. However the customer service is amazing and they sorted everything in a two-minute call with no waiting time. Also the bike service is awesome and 100% recommended if you’re in Budapest.
Fast perfekt

Thank you very much for your feedback!
Good service
I just wish more area was covered. I don’t have a bike station near where I live. But it is still very convenient to get around the city.
Doesn’t work
I typed in my number and it never sent me my pin. I am from the U.S. and used country code +1 and also tried 00. Neither worked and then it said I requested my pin too many times. Donkey republic app works great so we went with them instead.

Great App / Klassz aplikació !
One of the best and cheapest bike sharing service at Budapest, Hungary. I am using this MOL Bubi service since the beginning. This new version of bikes (2.0) are lighter and easier to use. I can highly recommend this bikes, services. Keep up the good works! K.András
Didn’t work
Concept is good but doesn’t work on certain phone numbers
Impossible to register
When attempting to register, the app requests a cellphone number to send a PIN. However, it only accepts numeric characters, preventing users from entering the country code with a “+”. If the “+” is omitted, the registration button remains disabled, creating an endless loop that makes registration impossible.
