My dog recently got sick- she was vomiting having diarrhea that later worsen- but she was energetic that we weren’t sure if it’s something we need to take her to our vet just yet especially when it’s the weekend and only emergency would be available at the time; when google search no longer satisfy me as an anxious pet parent, I thought of trying the consultation service from this app.
It’s relatively easy to use and I was quickly connected with Dr. Jiang who provided a very detailed response that explained possible cause of the sickness and care instructions as well as things to watch out/observe on my pet for the development of the sickness. We ended up bringing her to emergency vet and was able to go with some knowledge after consulting Dr. Jiang. We are beyond grateful for him!
從來不寫review的我認為這次一定要好好的留下感想：非常感謝蔣醫生及團隊做了這款app，對於在不確定是否需要馬上就醫的情況提供了好多幫助- 專業的建議，快速的回覆都讓人感到非常安心。需注意的是這是線上諮詢，需要看醫生的時候還是要立刻去。蔣醫生的診斷與對病症的解釋讓我能即時的判斷什麼時候需要就醫，也讓我對這次狗狗的病有正確的照護知識。極力推薦任何毛爸媽都擁有！尤其是像我一樣在海外的！謝謝蔣醫生🙏🙏🙏

Excellent app for people looking advised from a professional veterinarian
One suggestion is that allowing users to upload not only image files but also audio and/or PDF files that Vet can review it before the consultation is suggested. After all, the limitation of 3 image files restraints the capability to fully depict medical histories to Vet.
Highly recommend.
