PLEASE HELP fix this bug and remove the corrupted drafts
I’m a Premium user running Momento 3.6.5 on my iPhone 17 Pro Max (iOS 26.5.1).
I wrote a long journal entry a month ago, but it failed to save properly and got stuck as a draft. Now I cannot open or delete it — the app crashes immediately whenever I tap on these broken drafts.
I’ve tried common troubleshooting steps already: force-quitting the app, restarting my phone, and updating iOS twice, but none worked. The app hasn’t received updates for quite a while either.

Can’t move data to new phone
I love this app but Where is the feature to restore purchase? I can’t move my data to new phone. Years of very important data
Don’t download
I had high hopes for this app but looks like it’s been abandoned. Lots of major bugs that are central to its brand promise (like that you can connect it to different apps but that doesn’t work), and no one answers their customer service emails. I’ve tried for months and am past the window Apple allows now for refunds so I bought a year of access for something I never use. Super disappointed. Don’t bother downloading! Waste of money.

Share feature update please
I need the ability to share when I’m in a journal entry. All that comes up is instagram can you change it to automatically be share goes to iMessage??? Thanks

I liked this app and deleted it. There’s a huge flaw with it. People have different ways of journaling. Sometimes you feel like removing a large number of entries at the same time. This app does not allow you to select a group of journal entries and delete them. It seems like a big mistake on behalf of the app creators. No one wants to go and delete one journal entry after another. Besides that, I loved the app. I loved that there wasn’t AI interfering with my writing and giving feedback; it was just a place to document thoughts. It’s a journal - not a therapist who responds to what you say. If they fix that issue, I’d gladly give it five stars. But that issue is so annoying that I got fed up with Momento and wrote this review.

ツールの位置付け上、長く使うほどストレージ容量の占有が増える一方なのがきつい。せめて写真やコンテンツの容量を圧縮する/エクスポートして手元保管（外部PCなど）できるようにしてほしい
Gone downhill
I signed up as a premium user, and now all the feeds I used to connect to (Swarm, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube) are broken and don’t work. There’s no way to contact support, and it hasn’t been updated in months. I will be using other apps.
Feed issues
Been using this app for a long time. Overall great app. Been having issues more frequently with connecting Swarm feed to the app. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting multiple times but still hasn’t worked for a good while now.
Cannot export data
I’ve been using this app for a long time and I like it except that I can’t export my years worth of data, so I am always afraid I am going to lose all my entries. There is supposed to be a way to export files, but I always get an error message and customer service has never responded when I’ve reached out (multiple times). Without a solid way to save my files, the rest of the features on the app feel like they don’t matter.

I have journaled extensively irl and this format fits with my skills amply and ideally.
Crippled
This app used to be great with many features after I purchased it. Now many features which were included in previous premium lifetime account have been removed and are now locked in a subscription-based paywall. There’s no grandfathering, I can’t retain previous benefits. Very disappointing. I have switched to using Day One Journal.

Used to be great…
This app hasn’t been updated in a year. Many of the feeds are now broken, including Swarm, and X. If you’re using it for journaling or basic RSS feeds, it’s probably still great. But sadly, I will not be resubscribing, even though I have been using this app for nearly 8 years. I have reached out using their support, and their email, and I’ve gotten no reply and no help. Rest in peace Momento. You will be missed.

Great journaling app!

It is easy to write a note and find the note that I wrote before. But remember to give a accurate title.
Consistently Good for 8+ Years
I’m a real reviewer. Momento is such an easy to you and amazing app that becomes some what of a library of (in my case) revelations, insights, dreams…. The way the app is structured is really helpful. The free version is seriously good, however after reading the notes about the small development team in England that created this and the integrity the note seemed to convey that they honor I signed up for the annual subscription. I know that it will only enhances my already good experience. I remember one time a few years ago for some reason I lost all of the journal entries and I hadn’t yet exported a back up copy from the app. I was so sad about this and in shock, I messaged the developers and I for sure prayed and seriously, I think 2 weeks later, all of the entries were restored and for years since the app has been amazing. I especially like that there no outside sales ads!! Happy user here, who has recommended this app to others who also seem to be happy with it. Worth the paid subscription- in part just because of the awesome team behind this alone. You can tell heart and determination went into this.

Developer Problem
I paid for this app years ago before they went to subscription, and the app was supposed to be maintained in perpetuity, but unfortunately the developer keeps removing features and putting them into the subscription only version. This is very unjust since I bought and paid for the app with all the features.

Feels like an afterthought for developer
This app used to be seriously great. But the developer never released the promised iPad version and when the Facebook sync stopped working they blamed Facebook and didn’t fix it. It’s a shame given how much potential this had.
