Bugs and bugs and missing info
I use this on an iphone. My safe dayz keep randomly stopping and the support team who take 3 weeks to assist can never help me. I end up having to uninstalll and reinstall the app and the it works again for a few weeks. After spending 3 months talking to support about my safe dayz not working they finally said I dont earn safety points anyway as one screen which is hidden from view and not accessible through settings and has never been on my homepage on the app was not clicked on. You have to swipe right and it was the fourth screen. Very poorly designed app.

Inconsistent!
Communication is very poor with Multiply and Momentum for that matter. I am continually making inquiries and receiving no response. Also, I just put in the correct password as always, once and have been told that I have been blocked because of 3 incorrect tries. Not the case. And, I usually have to repeat the log in as the first time doesn’t work.

Need to make changes
Too complicated, the rules change from week to week. Steps I have done are not always registered. The refresh or whatever it needs to be done before 8am, HOW when one is either rushing around or as a retired person don’t get up before 8am. Am actually thinking of cancelling completely as it is not cost effective.

Every time I try to login it says that there seems to be a glitch in the system.

I’m loving this app. So easy to submit claims, see savings balances, get in touch etc. Extremely user friendly.

App just doesn’t work at all!
I have been trying to log on for about 2 years now. It just says “there’s a glitch in the system, try again late”. Even after updating it. Don’t bother!
Does not work
Whenever I try to log in, I get the message that there is a system glitch and to try again later. This has been happening for months now - the app is currently unusable.
Buggy
The app is buggy and I often have to reopen it to get Face ID to work. For whatever reason I simply cannot login at the moment. Tried reinstalling and no improvement.
Update and availabiltiy
Can you arrange for the update to be available through other locations/stores eg UK, US. I use the uk store and had downloaded the app. With this update my app wont update I suspect due to the store. Cant track my safe days and safety score online only through the app.
Can’t use it
Apple app says unsupported version. Go to AppStore and there is no update available so you can’t use the app at all.

Rubbish - never loads & requests you call Momentum as unable to launch. Actually shameful whoever approved this app should be deployed. Hopefully they take better care with their customers...

Safe days neverworks!
Been on multiply for two months now and safe days still doesn’t work... tried everything from activating to deactivating to putting on locations have literally done everything and still doesn’t even pick up that I'm traveling! Horrible app with way too many bugs. My May rewards never even went into my health saver balance had to start over again?
