Love the ability to have mobile access to the service. However can be quite laggy in refreshing cases/surveys especially when resolving multiple items at once. Would love the ability to delete spam/unrelated inbox items from the app.
Not good
Nothing works or loads. Brand new IPhone 17 updated to current iOS. Non functional
Never seen an app get more updates
Literally an update everyday
Update killed it’s main function as an app
This app went from helping go through reviews to being completely non functional. Turning on and off the WiFi doesn’t help and nothing loads on this function. I will change my rating once this issue is fixed.
