Why so difficult?

I find the app hard to engage. You don’t have a syncing option for ICal.

Unable to create account and no one to speak with

I love the concept. However, I’m unable to create an account also there isn’t anyone available by phone to problem solve with. I would like to learn about and potentially use the service but information is lacking on the website and this app.

App is incredibly slow

This is a wonderful way to serve the elderly, but sadly the app needs some work. If I try to change or add anything it sits for an incredibly long time. Even clicking a menu item results in a loooooong wait. Too bad. Good way to frustrate volunteers.

great service and app is smooth

This is a terrific service that helps the seniors in our lives. I use it to schedule visits with a
delightful year old retired college professor in Laos Altos, CA. We go for walks, talk about college life, and politics too!

App is smooth and has been improving in terms of speed and features over the last couple of months.
