Extremely Slow Compared to Competitors
My order #MY00ACGXRX1HGH5XL was finally completed, but the process was unacceptably slow. It took nearly 2 days just for verification, while other apps like Wise, Instarem, or TNG can do it in seconds. This long delay made me feel very anxious ('deg-degan'). Furthermore, the survey link they sent was broken (Error 404). Please improve your processing speed to stay competitive.

Just tested this successfully today. Some hiccups: Previous failed attempt is because I didn’t type in ‘MMB Transfer Sdn Bhd’ as the NickName of the recipient in my transfer from my BIBD a/c to RHB BN, where MoneyMatch holds its BN a/c. The other one was that RHB wanted proof that the SGD recipient is a SG resident with proof-of-address. As the recipient was myself, I just uploaded a screenshot of the part of my bank statement showing my name and address. Another previous hiccup was that MM wanted proof if my transfer was for a purchase payment. I just canceled that transfer. All in all, for receiving SGD1000, it costed me BND3.01 exchange rate + BND3 MM transfer fee + BND0.50 BIBD transfer fee.
