New version release poorly timed
They release the desktop version of 2025 but not the mobile version at the same time making the desktop version unusable because you canβt sync cloud data between two different versions of the software. The release of the desktop and mobile versions should have been at the same time.
Popup banners even after paying!
Used this app for five years. Every six months I get a bunch of notifications and emails to update at a cost. I did. Never saw much new in five years. Now this year they have a banner on my screen that wonβt go away. I contacted them. No response.
Cut off before end of year
So I decided not to use moneyspire next year going forward. In early October, they cut me off from Moneyspire 2024. I cannot access my data. How am I supposed to do end of the year reports? Nobody will answer my emails. This is ridiculous.
Useless
If you need support from these guys forget it. Strings of unanswered emails asking you for the same info over and over and no resolution. They harass you endlessly to upgrade to the latest version (which will have no significant improvements) all the while providing no support. Donβt bother..

reviews are complaining about. Support answered me within hours. You can pay the $ and try the Money Connect feature. You have 30 days to request a full refund if it does not work or you do not like it. Its on their site under FAQ's. So far Quicken hasn't been able to fix my issue going on 5 weeks. I have had Quicken since the DOS days and updated with each version. Since being sold every year I have issues connecting to my bank after they do an update. So far this had been a great alternative.
