USAA a no-go
Didn't work with my bank. They were nice during customer service, and promptly refunded my money.
Poorly written software
Very poorly written software. Love desktop version but forget about it on your phone. Had it working reasonably well after installation but one day it decides to use an older data file that omits over the past year of data. How does that happen??? And, there is no way to aim it at the correct data file!!! How does that happen??? I use the program primarily as a checking/account register. But the “Add” screen poorly displays the process and is extremely unintuitive and very aggravating to use. And finally, if you are using an iPhone and have it set for “Dark”, good luck being able to read most of the entries of the ledger. Pull it and fix it guys. Buy, hey, I do truly love the desktop version and you’ll keep getting my renewals as I am always interested in seeing what improvements you have made!

Revised Review (was Rarely Syncs. Waste of time and money.
I owe Moneyspire an update to my initial, harsh review. It it in fact possible to find an escape from the sync hang via the Support page. Also, Support email (which I later found) responded in a few hours. Later the hangs became infrequent or (I hope) stopped. In addition, the more I work with the app, the more I admire its budgeting and reports: thorough and clear, preferable to others I've bought. I only wish the reports were visibke on the iOS version. On balance, I correct my review from one star to four.
************
Original: The keystone to syncing is Moneyspire's own Cloud. If you logged into that Cloud, you can't quit or save until it syncs. But most of the time, syncing from the Mac fails, and you are stuck. The data on your iOS devices also vanishes. Too bad. Otherwise, the features look good on the Mac, though the iOS app has no reports. The company hides pretty well from inquiries. You're on your own with a $30 brick that took you hours of data entry.

Import Fuction
I import a quicken file with no problems, but the file had no transactions attached
Sync rarely works
Although tech support responds quickly-it is extremely frustrating how often sync issues occur. What’s the point of having a mobile version if the data is completely useless. Can’t you folks get it right and keep it that way? Users are paying for a product. The least you can do is provide a working product.
