At this point, with the severe a lack of communication, it feels like this was a scam as a company and when they were raising capital via crowdfunding.

No Benefit

I opened this account expecting some outside insight and assistance. Boy was I mistaken. I am not an experienced investor and am not as knowledgeable of this subject as many. These folks have taken my money but have offered no help. I will not be using this in the future.

Needs improvement

Used this app to invest for just about one year. Easy to add funds but constantly asking me to sign in again and sending me a code. Very annoying. Also I’ve sent a few email inquiries during that time and it took several days, weeks for a reply.

Great investment app!

Really love how easy Monorail makes investing and the UI looks great. It feels good knowing I can put my money to work into companies that back my values.
