App not functioning
Trying to use the so is pointless… it forces you to use the website anyways, so why have the app? I can’t view my own resume on the app. I have to go to the website. I can’t view my own personal information. Again, I have to go to the website. I can’t view or apply for jobs. Must go to the website for that as well. So. What is the point in the existence of the app? Interestingly, Handshake, LinkedIn, and Indeed have not been having these problems. The apps are fully functional, I can view my own information, and I can apply for jobs. Do better Monster.com. Do better.

I have been trying to get in the system again and it consistently says it is unable to load my profile and that they are aware of the situation. I'm working on it. This has been going on for over three weeks.

I have repeatedly relayed to you I ONLY WORK AT HOME. I do not drive! I work remote from my home office only on QA, UR, telehealth, Hedis. I worked from my home office from 2014-2021 it’s in the summary of my resume’. I keep getting messages for jobs i have no interest in and can no longer do because I no linger drive.

I have encountered numerous online scams related to remote work. It has been a significant waste of time and energy. It is disappointing that Monster does not have sufficient measures in place to filter out these scammers. I am quite frustrated by this situation.

There’s lots of people posing to be legitimate people on here sending out false positions to jobs you’d never apply for. Watch out for these scams. “Recruiters” will call you for positions asking if you’d be interested in the positions their clients are looking to fill ask for information and never call you back. You’ll get multiple calls back to back.

The amount of fake spambot scambot ai fake job scams is GARGANTUAN the putrid garbage of it all how frustrating and demeaning it is for us who are struggling to just find a good job and be a productive member of society.
What’s wrong with this app
This app has not been working for 2 weeks. I keep getting a message that the tech are aware. But it still not working. I’m over it. Too bad it’s turned to garbage because I loved this app. Ttfn.

If Monster was my employee I’m afraid I’d have to let them go.
Multiple errors
Locks up, won't save, “unknown errors,” won't upload resumes, can't apply. Waste of time and energy in an already horrible market.
Fraught With Fraudulent Impersonaters
The only job offers I’ve received redirect to a MS Teams interview.
They were immediately, aggressively interested in bank information most employees aren’t expected to share.
On further research, I discovered they impersonating well known corporations
and was confirmed by their HR departments.
Tread carefully, with caution and don’t click any links.
In person or virtual face meetings are imperative.
They need to clean up this app.

Job search
I really haven’t seen jobs within my radius. They’re all outside of the area. Therefore they don’t appeal to me. They’re too far to travel and also they are jobs that are not within my skills so I have tried redirecting my preferences, but it just doesn’t seem to do any good I have the same problem with indeedjobs.com.

Not an easy app to work
90% of postings don’t have pay listings, there is no option to send listings, and it may be possible but i cannot figure out how to look at the jobs i’ve applied to.
Not a fan.
I’m glad this app is free. It’s repeatedly unable to load my profile - deleted it, reinstalled it, same thing happens. I’ll just stick to the web version to view any jobs I get emails about that seem worthwhile. It’s almost like they made it overly simple - another job site did the same thing with their app as well.
